《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》明确提出“使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和技能，具有一定的听、说、读、写、译的能力，从而能借助词典阅读和翻译有关英语业务资料，在涉外交际的日常活动和业务活动中进行简单的口头和书面交流，并为今后进一步提高英语的交际能力打下基础”。英语写作技能作为一项语言输出技能，利用E-mail进行一些简单的涉外交流，与学生将来的实际工作联系密切，是学生具备跨文化交际能力的体现。但前高职英语写作教学仍以传统的结果教学法为主。多采用“教师分析范文-学生仿写-教师批改讲评”。整个过程以教师为主导，学生的学习只是被动的接受，没有主动地创造和探索，限制了学生的思维和发挥空间。针对这种现象，本文以支架式教学模式为参照，探讨高职英语写作教学环节的组织建构，以期提高学生的英语写作能力。

一、支架式教学

支架式教学（Scaffolding Instruction）主张为学习者建构一种对知识理解的概念框架，用于促进学习者对问题的进一步理解。因此，事先要把复杂的学习任务加以分解，以便于把学习者的理解逐步引向深入。它是根据维果斯基的最邻近发展区理论，对较复杂的问题通过建立“支架式”概念框架，使得学习者自己能沿着“支架”逐步攀升，从而完成对复杂概念意义建构的一种教学策略。20世纪30年代，前苏联著名心理学维果斯基提出了“最近发展区”理论（Zone of Proximal Development），他认为学习者独立解决问题的实际发展水平与在成人指导下或有能力的同伴的合作中潜在的发展水平之间的差距就是“最近发展区”。以美国心理学家布鲁纳为代表的建构主义者正是从维果斯基的思想出发，借用建筑行业中使用的“脚手架”（Scaffolding）作为上述概念框架的形象化比喻，其实质是利用上述概念框架作为学习过程中的脚手架。支架式教学由以下几个环节组成：搭脚手架-围绕当前学习主题，按“最近发展区”的要求建立概念框架。进入情境-将学生引入一定的问题情境（概念框架中的某个节点）。独立探索-让学生独立探索。探索开始时要先由教师启发引导（例如演示或介绍理解类似概念的过程），然后让学生自己去分析；探索过程中教师要适时提示，帮助学生沿概念框架逐步攀升。起初的引导、帮助可以多一些，以后逐渐减少，愈来愈多地放手让学生自己探索；最后要争取做到无须教师引导，学生自己能在概念框架中继续攀升。合作学习-进行小组协商、讨论。通过讨论使对所学主题的认知进行调整，小组的认知逐渐变得明朗、一致起来，在共享集体思维成果的基础上达到对当前所学概念比较全面、正确的理解，即最终完成对所学知识的意义建构。效果评价-对学习效果的评价包括学生个人的自我评价和学习小组对个人的学习评价，评价内容包括：自主学习能力；对小组合作学习所作出的贡献；是否完成对所学知识的意义建构。

二、支架式教学对高职写作教学的启示

支架式教学提倡在教师指导下的、以学习者为中心的学习，也就是说，既强调学习者的认知主体作用，又不忽视教师的指导作用，教师是意义建构的帮助者、促进者，而不是知识的传授者与灌输者。学生是信息加工的主体、是意义的主动建构者，而不是外部刺激的被动接受者和被灌输的对象。基于支架式教学的五个环节，下面以新标准高职公共英语系列教材第二册Unit 2完成道歉信为例来阐述高职英语写作的支架教学模式。

（1）搭建支架。围绕道歉信这一主题，按“最近发展区”的要求建立概念框架。学生前面已经学习了感谢信、祝贺信等，对这类信函的格式已经基本掌握，现在教师需要帮助学生建立道歉信的概念框架：道歉（事由）―解释原因―再次道歉/请求原谅―做出保证/提出补救。

（2）进入情境。将学生引入一定的问题情境。课本上的两篇例信提供了很好的问题情境，教师通过问题将学生引入这一情境。

（3）独立探索。学生在教师的引导下完成自主学习和探索，结合道歉信的概念框架对例信进行分析，验证概念框架。学生会发现例信一是采用道歉（事由）―解释原因―再次道歉―做出保证的框架，而例信二则是按照道歉（事由）―解释原因―请求原谅―提出补救的模式展开的。与此同时，教师引导学生总结框架的每一部分的惯用表达，例如“I’m extremely sorry for...”、“Please forgive me for any inconvenience this may have caused you”。学生在完成例信的解读后，可以根据教材上的写作练习或自己生活中案例进行道歉信的写作。

（4）合作学习。在支架式教学中，学生与教师、其他同伴的交流会对学习效果产生关键影响。教师引导学生进行小组讨论交流，探讨对于道歉信的认知和写作过程中遇到的困难，在讨论中学生会完善对于道歉信知识的建构。

（5）效果评价。首先进行小组内同学互评，学生在评判别人文章的同时，也会反思自己写作中存在的不足，小组内选出最佳习作，然后是教师进行点评，讲解作品的闪观点和不足之处，最后是学生自我评价和反思、反馈，进行文章修改。

三、结语

支架式教学改变了高职英语写作的结果教学法，改变了教师和学生的角色，教师成了支架的提供者和学习的引导者，学生成为了知识的探索者和建构者，学习的过程也变成了教师与学生、学生与同伴的互动的过程，有利于调动学生学习积极性，培养学生的自主学习能力。

英语道歉信范文第10篇

2001年4月1日，南海上空风云突变。4月5日晚，美国驻华大使普理赫给外交部送来了一份以普理赫名义写给我的信，算是美国政府给中方的道歉信。

我们要求美方必须满足三项要求：一是美方必须以适当的英语措辞，对事件本身、中方飞行员和飞机损失及美机未经许可进入中国领空并降落中国机场，进行道歉；二是在飞机降落问题上，美国人必须承认“未经允许进入中国领空”；三是美方应对中方妥善安置机组人员表示感谢。

但是，在信件第一稿中，美方仅轻描淡写地对中国飞行员的失踪表示“关切”，对于其他两项内容也未能满足我们的要求。我们当即批驳美方毫无诚意，指出这根本不能作为商谈基础，美方必须道歉，否则双方就没有必要再进行接触。看到我们的态度非常坚决，美方不得不软化立场，表示愿意和中方探讨修改措辞，满足中方要求。

6日上午，美方递交了第二稿。在这一稿中，美方对王伟家属、朋友和战友表达了遗憾。但同时又称美国政府不能对此“事故”道歉。对美方的顽固态度，我们再次坚决顶回。

4月6日，正在智利进行国事访问的主席再次就“撞机事件”发表谈话。他指出，美国应该就美侦察机撞毁中国战斗机一事向中国人民道歉。6日晚，美方递交了道歉信的第三稿。在向我们递交信件时称，这一稿已经过布什总统的批准，不能再修改了。我们看过后认为，这一稿虽然有所改进，但离我们的要求仍有较大差距。我们明确告诉美方，如不按中方意见进行修改，中方决不接受。
