一、培养快乐作文的方法

我在自己任教的高三年级两个班中（其中一个是重要班）进行了一次关于英语写作兴趣的课堂调查。调查结果显示，106名学生中，喜欢英语写作的只有7人，一般的38人，不喜欢的29人，害怕或憎恨的32人。虽然这只是个别班级的非正式调查结果，却也反映出高三英语甚至整个高中英语写作教学中存在的一个问题――很多学生对英语写作缺乏兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师，英语写作兴趣的缺乏阻碍着学生写作技能的提高。写作是英语教学和考试中的一个重要组成部分，它能全面反映学生的英语综合能力，因此提高作文教学，提高学生作文水平，成为高三阶段教学的重要内容。我们老师应在“新”字上下功夫。在作文教学中要转变观念，改变教学方式，让学生在英语课中“活”起来，快乐起来。

1.营造乐写氛围，体验自由作文乐趣

我们浙江省去年的高考作文，要求学生写一篇志愿者去敬老院开展活动的新闻报道，题目中的要求除了第一点有所限制外，其他两点要求如需要写出老人们的反应和简短评论，都是尽可能地给学生更大的选择自由和写作空间。但是现在很多老师都喜欢让学生按自己的统一要求作文。我以前也是如此，认为这样利于批改，便于评讲，能更好地发现学生的问题，也可以使作文教学具有一定的系统性。但在作文教学实践中我发现这样做对效果不佳。学生作文能力是参差不齐的，一部分后进生距离“写作大纲”要求甚远，这时老师就要对学生的实际作文水平做到心中有数，然后给他们设置一个个“门坎”，使他们逐渐跨过这些门坎。

2.合理且创造性使用课程资源，激发学生的写作乐趣

人教版新课标NEW SENIOR ENGLISH FOR CHINA STEDENT’S BOOK这套教中内容涉及社会生活的各个方面，包括教育、体育、娱乐、环境、动植物、饮食文化、风土人情、自然灾害、慈善机构等等，体现了人与人、人与自然、人与社会的关系。丰富多彩的话题，新颖的语言材料为学生提供了很好的范文。我们教师应以情感为目标，有效地利用课程资源，引发学生积极的情感体验。高三的第一个学期刚好要对这套教材从必修一到选修八 进行 第一轮复习，可以趁这个时间让学生熟读到熟背好词好句好段， 从阅读中领会地道英语句子.让他们避免在习作中出现 “英语汉化”，也就是chinenglish”。

3.改写或复述课文

如果学生写出的英语作文符合英语的表达习惯，文理通顺，语言准确得当，条理清楚，写作情绪就会高涨。而改写和复述也是行之有效的写作训练方法。在训练我们学生的写作实践中，可以通过对课文的改写人称、连句成文、把短文改成对话或是把对话改编成短文等等。例如，在人教版NEW SENIOR ENGLISH FOR CHINA STEDENT’S BOOK5里的unit4 Making the news就可以要求学生把Making the news 的对话课文改写成第一人称的短文。同样，这本书里的unit5 First aid一道练习：Rewrite these sentences taking out the unnecessary parts可以让学生单独做，然后在班内进行交流。要求学生认真听别人的描述并判断正确，对不正确的地方要进行更正和补充。再有，教师可以就有些优秀的阅读文章设计一些问题让学生回答，第二天或第三天把这些文章挖空，然后让学生添加一些关联词，可培养结关联词的运用。 关联词的使用，会使文章逻辑结构紧密，层次鲜明，条理清楚，就更加显示出考生的英文功底。

二、采用多元评价标准

教师要正视学生作文水平和作文能力的差异，全班自始至终一个尺度无疑是违背教学规律和教育科学的。作文评价要重过程，看发展，而不能一刀切。在评价机制上，教师不能一言堂，而要充分发扬民主，采取学生自评、互评、师生共评等多种形式。如（1）限时口头作文，学生分两人一组或四人一组讨论，然后推举一人将共同讨论的作文口头表达出来。（2）利用幻灯，当堂将学生的笔头习作展示，全班共同找出里面的好句子，差句子。此方法着重引导学生欣赏美文，美句，也是对认识什么是佳作的一种导向。（3）教学生使用自测表，进行自我评价，促使学生的写作尽量与要求靠拢。自测表主要由语言（句式）、内容、格式三部分组成。特别需要注意的是，对一些比较糟糕的作文，我们老师要宽容，要尽量去发现其中的闪光点，从现代教育心理学的角度看，这一点对于学生来说尤其重要。有的教师改作文非常仔细，无一遗漏地指出学生的错误，但是学生看到发下来的习作满是红笔记号，就会感到很沮丧。如果能看到老师的三明治式（即表扬-批评-鼓励式）的评论，如“文章写得不错，但要注意语法问题，只要坚持下去，你一定会成功的”。将会大大提高学生写作的积极性和兴趣的。我们的理念是要让每一个学生都感受成功，让他们快乐写作。可以说树立好学生写作的信心和兴趣是任何方法得以实施并取得成效的前提。我们老师可以使用即时表扬、延时表扬、评语表扬、公众表扬、范文宣读、等方式激励学生让他们想写作文，爱写作文，乐写作文。还有一点就是作文评改作文效率方面，教师务必及时评改、讲评，这样学生的写作记忆还较为深刻，教师的讲评效果才更具实效性。

快乐地作文，又因作文而快乐，这是广大师生的永远追求。在课程改革的新形势下，我们高三英语教师要更新观念，勇于创新，努力调动学生作文的积极性，转变态度，培养习惯，视作文为乐事。只有这样，英语高考中30分的写作不会再是“才下眉头，又上心头”而是“快乐高考英语作文”！我想我们教师的快乐也莫过于此吧。

越是临近高考，学生们对于分数的渴望就表现得越明显，越迫切地想要快速提高自己英语写作分数，因此上好作文讲评课在高三阶段尤为重要。笔者从自己的实践中总结了本阶段上好作文讲评课的几个要素与大家分享。

一、了解学生写作能力不佳的原因

原因一： 学生自身英语基础薄弱。高考要求的词汇量，常见句型句式和表达法记忆程度不到位，在写作时难免会词不达意，力不从心。

原因二： 缺乏足够的练习。英语对于中国学生来说并非第一语言，足够的练习和严格的要求对于写作来讲必不可少。又因为英汉两种语言本身存在着巨大差异，如果练习的频率跟不上，会使得学生对写作越来越恐惧。

原因三：书写不达标。练英语书写， 要尽早开始。 字母的占格，大小写，字母间隔，单词间距，甚至字母的饱满程度，字体风格，每行词数等等都会影响到整体书面表达。有些学生书写不规范， 字迹潦草，这会直接影响作文分数。

二、 写作练习之前的要求及指导需到位

假使写作练习前老师的引导和所提的要求不具体，没有统一标准，学生写作时不知从何下手，也会给作文讲评带来很大麻烦。老师的讲评没有铺垫，也就没有任何针对性，不仅费时，也不会达到预期效果。老师对同学们的具体要求可细化为：

1. 认真审题，把握内容要点。根据题目的要求，确定写作意图，抓住内容要点，确定体裁，明确人称、时态。

2. 列出简单的提纲，安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3. 打好草稿，扩展成文，根据字数多少扩展成篇。在整篇文章中，避免只用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。使用不同长度的句子，改变句子的开头方式。

三、 讲评课前充分备课

充分备课包括两方面， 一是对作文本身进行分析；二是对学生错词错句情况进行统计分析，做到心中有数。这样做能够加强讲评的针对性和有效性。教师既要对作文的类型、文体、命题思路、考查角度进行分析，也要对学生的写作情况进行分析。逐项分析学生出现的错误及原因，以便在讲解过程中有的放矢。

四、 讲评过程要有层次梯度

成功的作文讲评课是以提高学生的写作能力为目标的。讲评要以学生为中心，体现学生的主体地位，使学生最大限度地参与其中。高效的作文讲评课也应该是高水平的综合复习课。通过讲评有助于学生巩固所学知识，构建知识结构，提高英语表达能力。讲评也要遵循一定的步骤程序，有条不紊。

下面笔者就以学生最近的一篇习作为例来进行分析：

假定你是李华，你校与美国一所友好学校决定通过网络开展跨文化交流活动（Cross Cultural Communication Project）。请你用邮件与美方联系，谈谈自己的设想，征求对方意见。

2. 学生典型错误盘点

书面表达在高中英语学习中占有重要地位。但从历年高考英语质量分析结果来看，书面表达平均分值都不高，这充分反映了学生们对这一块的学习和掌握得不够，应当多加练习。然而笔者发现在实际教学中大多学生对英语写作都有惧怕心理，怕练更怕考。

因此进入高三年笔者开始思索：可否将英语作文的教学化作润物细无声的春雨，悄然渗透，让学生更快乐地接受、更轻松地提高？经老教师的指导及个人的摸索，笔者找到了一个较有效的教学方法――渗透教学。

学生在写作中的最大困难主要有两方面。一方面，对汉英两种语言的差异不够明了，英语语法掌握不透彻，容易写出“chinglish”（汉式英语）的句子。另一方面，英语词汇与句型积累有限，无法灵活自如地根据情景运用出来。针对这些问题，教师可以有意识地在高三复习中一点一滴地渗透写作教学。

一、 在课文复习中渗透写作教学。

1. 词汇、词组复习。

在复习各单元词汇时，教师可以让学生找出所复习词汇的同义词（近义词），并进行适当的辨析，提醒学生在作文中应根据语境及句式结构使用恰当的词语或表达。如在复习result from 词组时，除了主要辨析result from与 result to的区别，笔者让学生列出更多表示“由于”的表达：thanks to，result from ，as a result of ，due to ，owing to， on account of ，because of， in that等。紧接着让学生当堂翻译一个句子：“由于整个社会的帮助，那些孤儿们过上了快乐的生活。”学生所翻译的的句子使用了不同的表达。这时笔者及时指出，就这一句使用thanks to最为合适 。这样既复习了重要词汇，又轻松渗透了作文教学。

2. 句式结构、固定句型的复习。

复习课文必然要复习到课文所涉及的句式结构（如倒装、强调等）或一些固定句型，在这时渗透作文教学，让学生多造句，多翻译，对学生作文的提高非常有益。如Unit10 Money（北师大版）中复习到了强调句，笔者布置了以下翻译题：

① 就是礼貌用语（polite words）会使你的生活更方便。

② 这个箱子是我父亲送给我作为生日礼物的。

③ 就是教育改革使我们从沉重的学习负担中释放出来。（be reliveved from）

④ 直到现在我们才意识到保护环境的重要性。

这其中第①、③是从各地英语高考作文范文中摘取出来的句子，②、④是学生之前写过的作文所涉及到的句子。通过这样的练习学生们意识到了要在作文中用上好的句型其实并非难事，关键要平时多记多背多写。

3、单元复习的巩固。

除了在复习词汇、句型中渗透作文教学，笔者还坚持每个单元复习完后将本单元的重要词汇、词组及句型编成一段文字，让学生翻译，做到“词不离句，句不离篇”。如此不仅加强巩固了单元的复习内容，且渗透作文教学，解决了学生每到写英语作文脑海里就无词可写、无句式可用的问题。

二、 语法复习中渗透作文教学

语法复习在高三年可谓重中之重，所耗课时也是最多的。语法复习中采用的常见教学方法就是归纳整理、专项专练、综合练习及讲评试题。笔者还尝试了将造句翻译进行到语法复习中，既实际运用了语法知识，巩固语法基础，又提高了学生的作文档次。

如在复习虚拟语气时，笔者提醒学生在作文中适当运用上虚拟语气能为他们的作文增色不少，要求他们对作文常用到虚拟语气的句式进行造句。虚拟语气在作文中常用到如下句式：If only…，How I wish…， But for…，otherwise…， It’s suggested that…等。

三、 试卷讲评中渗透作文教学

高三一年学生势必要练习各省高考试卷及当年各地市质检试卷。在这些试卷中各题型所出现的表达及句型自然是较为重要或地道的。在讲评中让学生将这些表达记下，并要求对其进行造句或翻译，能扩大学生的词汇量，让他们的文章更为地道，改善汉式英语的现象。

如2011届高三学生在当年厦门市质检中看到的完型填空最后一句话是：“Fortune always favor those with determination.”（好运总是眷顾那些有决心的人。）讲评完这篇完型填空，笔者要求学生当堂背诵这句话。紧接着再让学生对其稍加改变以适合笔者所述的主题。比如，将其改为“Fortune/ success always favor those with strong will.” 便可用于陈述要有坚强意志的作文。学生若能多记几个类似的句子，使能一劳永逸，轻松提高作文成绩，他们也不会再惧怕英文写作了。
