上海X2创意空间

斜土路是上海市中心南面的一条主要干道。如果说建筑物的表面如广告一样对街道能产生巨大影响的话，斜土路这一区域应是市中心通向世博场地的一条必经之路。可以想象“X2创意空间”所能产生的巨大效应。

“X2创意空间”是为迎接世博，把IT关联产业集合为一体的一个项目。把IT关联产业集中在一个区域，所产生的价值至少可以体现在以下3个方面：1、提高生产率；2、为相关企业做服务的展厅，可以作为一个信息的传送基地向社会各种信息；3、为同行提供一个非常好的交流平台。

为此，在确定设计方向时，从充实内部广场的商务空间及对外有极大广告效应的建筑立面上着手。

该项目前身是一个利用此地交通便利而建造的亚华印刷工厂，有8幢建筑物，围绕中心广场。是拥有宽阔内部空间的特性鲜明的一个工厂。

首先，为充实内部的商务空间，HMA把各个独立的建筑物围绕广场用通道衔接起来。把走廊设置于建筑物外部，是为了户内户外人群之间的交流。在走廊的处理上，使用了各种透明的材料，包括木百叶、随机开孔的铁板、玻璃和铁丝网来装饰各个立面，运用这些凹凸错落有致的布局，使建筑群变得像街区那样富有激情。

HMA对原本平淡的茶陵北路外立面做了可以遮掩空调外挂机的几何造型。在面向广场的内侧设置的通道，不仅仅是作为道路来使用，还可以用作交流的空间。斜土路入口的展厅处，设置了波浪形的玻璃幕墙，上部用LED信息板来装饰，这就使展厅成为了一个雕刻在旧厂房建筑上的展台。

对旧建筑的改造是对各种必要的设施进行重新配置、功能重新变更的一个持续的过程。如何保留有价值的部分，去除陈旧的部分，要进行具有创造性的提案。这样，才能使建筑体现历史的韵味与新生的朝气，提升建筑自身价值的同时为城市增添新的光彩。

XieTu Road is the main street in the south of Shanghai City Center.If the surface of the construction can have a large effect on the street like the advertisement, XieTu Road this area should be the only road for the city center to lead to the Expo site. You can imagine the huge effect “X2 CREATIVE SPACE”will make.

“X2 CREATIVE SPACE”is the project to unite IT relevant industries for the Expo. To unite IT relevant industries in one area, the value it makes can embody three aspects as follows: 1. increasing productivity; 2. the exhibition hall which services for the relevant companies can be an information expression base to issue different information to the public; 3. provide a good communication platform for its profession.

Therefore, when confirming the design direction, it should be started with enriching the commercial space of inside square and the construction elevation which has large effect on outside.

This project was YaHua Printing Factory before built because of the traffic convenience, having eight constructions, around center square. It was the factory with bright features and wide inside space.

First of all, in order to enrich inside commercial space, HMA combined each individual building with passages around the square. Set corridors outside the construction for the communication of inside and outside people. As for the corridors, it used different transparent materials, including wooden louvers, random opening iron board, as well as glass and iron wire net to decorate each elevation. Make the construction group enthusiastic like the block by means of this finely divided layout.

HMA built a geometric modeling which could cover the external machine of the air-conditioners for original plain North ChaLing Road. Inside passages which face to the square are not only used as roads, but also as communication space. The exhibition hall at the entrance of XieTu Road is built with undulating glass curtain wall, and decorated by LED information board upwardly, making the exhibition hall become the exhibition stand which engraved in the old factory construction.

Rebuilding the old construction is a sustainable procedure to reallocate each necessary facility and update the function. How to retain original valuable parts and remove dated parts, it is necessary to give creative proposals. Thus, it is able to show the historical charm and new vitality of the construction, and also grace the city while raising its own value.
