补阳还五汤对冠心病心绞痛患者血凝及预后的影响

[摘要] 目的 探讨补阳还五汤对冠心病心绞痛患者凝血功能及预后的影响。 方法 选择我院78例冠心病心绞痛患者，将其随机分为对照组及治疗组，每组各39例，对照组进行常规扩冠、抗凝等治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗，疗程为4周，比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后凝血功能变化。并对患者进行随访，比较两组患者预后情况。 结果 治疗组临床总有效率为97.4%，对照组临床总有效率为87.2%，治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗前两组患者部分活化凝血酶源时间（prothrombin time，PT），活化部分凝血活酶时间（activated partial thromboplastin time，APTT），凝血酶时间（thrombin time，TT），纤维蛋白原（fibrinogen，Fb）比较无显著差异，治疗后治疗组PT、APTT、TT时间长于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗后随访1年，治疗组再住院及急性心血管意外发生率均低于对照组（均P < 0.05）。 结论 补阳还五汤能够改善冠心病心绞痛患者血凝异常状态，减少心血管意外的发生，改善疗效及预后。

Effect on Buyang Huanwu Decoction to cruor fuction and prognosison patients with angina pectoris

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for cruor fuction and prognosis on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 78 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were selected and randomized into control group and theatment group, each group had 39 cases. All patients taken treatment with expanding coronary artery and anticoagulant therapy and so on, patients in theatment group taken Buyang Huanwu Decoction in additional, course of treatment were four weeks, curative effect change of cruor fuction were contrasted between two groups. All patients were followed up, prognosis were contrasted between two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate was 97.4% in treatment group and was 87.2% in control group, The total clinical effective rate was higher in reatment group than that of control group, prothrombin time (PT), level of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (Fb) before treatment was identical between two groups, after treatment，level of PT, APTT and TT were longer in treatment group than that of control group, all patients were followed up in a year, incidence of rehospitalization and cardiovascular accident were lower in treatment group than these of control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction could improve error state of cruor fuction on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, decrease cardiovascular accident, improve curative effect and prognosis.
