高校计算机机房的管理与维护

摘要：当今教学信息化程度不断提高，高校计算机机房管理和维护是信息教学的重要环节。计算机机房既是学校教学的基本保证，也是校园网管理的重要组成部分。为了有效地管理高校机房，提高机房的使用效率，延长设备使用寿命，更好地服务高校日常教学工作，该文从高校计算机机房管理与维护、制定规章制度、利用硬盘保护卡和病毒的防治几个方面出发，提出了一些计算机机房管理与维护措施。

Management and Maintenance of the College Computer Room

Abstract: As regards the continuous improvement of teaching informationization nowadays, college computer room management and maintenance are key to information teaching,which play an important part in both IT teaching and in basic guarantee for the campus net work management. In order to effectively manage the engine room of colleges and universities, to improve the efficiency of the engine room use, to extend the life of the engine room equipment, and to better serve for teaching,this paper proposes relevant measures with ref erence to college computer room management and maintenance, rules and regulations development,and the use of hard disk protection card and virus prevention, etc.

随着国家信息化进程的加快，计算机教育在高职教育中的重要性越来越被突显。高校机房除用于计算机课程和公共计算机课程外，还经常是学生业余时间上机作业、上机学习、上网浏览信息的重要场所。机房管理的好坏直接关系到高校学生的学习和生活，也在一定程度上反映了学校的信息化程度的高低。对高校机房管理人员来说，如何做好计算机房的管理与维护，采取有效的管理和技术措施，是需要不断思考和摸索的问题。

下面笔者将根据自身在高校机房管理与维护中的工作实践经验，谈谈如何采取切实有效的措施来应对高校机房的管理和维护。

本文从高校计算机机房的特点，机房管理内涵、制度的建立、硬盘数据的安装保护和计算机病毒的防护几个方面对高校机房的管理和维护进行了介绍。高校计算机机房管理维护的好坏可以直接影响到高校计算机教学和科研工作。作为机房的管理人员，应该拥有高度的责任心，不断学习先进合理的机房管理技术和方法，把高校机房管理工作做实做好。
