备受关注的济南大明湖扩建工程确定了景区，主要依据历代诗词典故和历史记载划分。这景区暂时命名为：七桥风月、秋柳含烟、明昌晨钟、竹港清风、稼轩悠韵、超然致远、萦堤远水、鸟啼绿阴。

The extension project of Daming Lake contains eight scenic spots taking their theme from the poems, allusions, and history of previous ages.

济南市居民医保即日起正式启动，9月1日起缴费，10月1日起享受待遇。首个医疗年度长达15个月。居民医疗保险基金最高支付限额为7.5万元。今年济南市城镇居民基本医疗保险将力争60%以上符合条件居民参保，参保居民人数达到48.6万人。

The medical insurance of the residents in Jinan was formally started. The fees were paid from September 1, and the medical insurance will be enjoyed from October 1. The first medical care period is 15 months.

今年上半年，济南市在岗职工工资收入13534元，平均每月2255元，同比增长10.49%。在职工工资稳步增长的同时，登记失业率呈现持续下降走势。今年上半年，城镇登记失业率为3.41%，比去年同期降低0.32个百分点，处于济南市近年来较低水平。

In the first half of 2008, the wages of the employees in Jinan was 13,534 yuan, 2255 yuan per month, an increase of 10.49% on the same period last year. With the steady increase of wages, the registered unemployment rate has continued to decline.

京沪高速铁路将通过两条联络线与济南火车站连接，从而实现京沪高铁和胶济线的连通。联络线设计时速160公里，沿途将经过10座特大桥，可供中速列车上下京沪高速铁路。

The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will be connected with Jinan Railway Station by two connecting tracks. The designed speed on the connecting tracks is 160 kilometers per hour. There are 10 extra-large bridges along the way for the moderate-speed trains to go up or down to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.

■一卡通

坐公交、打车、逛公园、超市购物⋯⋯在济南，所有这些功能将全部集中在一张卡上。今年10月前，济南市14景区可刷卡，年底前1700辆彩的可刷卡乘车，明年10月十一届全运会前，济南市所有彩的可刷卡。此外，整个市政系统的水、电、煤气、网费等都可刷卡付费。市民今后将可以“手持一卡，走遍泉城”。

Before October 2008, Jinan citizens will be able to use swipe cards to enter 14 scenic spots in Jinan. Before the end of this year, 1700 taxis will be fitted with card-swiping devices. In addition, the fees of water, electricity, coal gas, and the network of the whole municipal system can be paid by swipe cards.

■旅游交易会

第八届中国（济南）旅游交易会日前开幕。这届旅游交易会赶上了“后奥运旅游”的步伐，济南把趵突泉、大明湖、千佛山等名胜古迹“搬”进了交易会现场。红叶谷则抢占了本届展会的黄金位置，把红叶风情展现得淋漓尽致。随着“十一”黄金周的到来，济南的旅游产业也将再火上一把。

The Eighth China (Jinan) Tourism Fair has opened. With the coming of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the “Golden Week” of the National Day, the tourism industry of Jinan will be even more prosperous.

以后游客们在旅途中遇到什么问题再也不用担心了，12301旅游服务热线日前正式开通，为游客解答疑惑、提供咨询。12301热线由国家旅游局在全国范围内统一建立，北京、天津、河北、山东、上海等省市作为试点。

The tourism service hot line number 12301 has opened for answering problems and providing advice for tourists. “12301” has been established nationwide by National Tourism Administration of China. Some provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shandong and Shanghai were selected as experimental units.

■家具展

在软装大行其道的今天，家具已经不仅仅是家具，通过变换一些面料就能让家具呈现不同的表情。第十四届中国国际家具展新闻会日前在济南举行，今年的家具展览史无前例地增加到350000平方米展览面积。展会分为六大分主题，从民用家具、办公家具、家居饰品、橱柜家具、到家具生产设备及原辅材料。

The Press Conference of 14th China International Furniture Exhibition was held in Jinan. The exhibition area unprecedentedly increased to 350,000 square meters.

不久前，昆明市在济南召开项目推介会，对涉及到基础设施、工农业、新城开发等200多个重点项目进行招商，同时昆明市还推出多种优惠政策，以吸引山东的企业到昆明“安家落户”。山东神舟制冷有限公司等企业的9个项目在推介会上与昆明市举行了签约仪式，签约总金额达24个亿。

It will attract business in more than 200 key projects such as basic facilities, industrial and agricultural industries, and the development of the new town.
