Analysis on Regional Vocational Education Policies

Abstract Regional vocational education policies are a series of policies which are established by the public power authorities including the part committees at all levels， the National People’s Congress and the departments in government and aim at solving problems in regional vocational education and promoting regional vocational education development. It is essential to regard the central government as the body while encourage local governments to establish regional vocational education policies； hierarchically and scientifically divide vocational education regions and implement the different policies respectively； balance the secondary and higher vocational education policies in a region as well as establish and optimize the regional vocational education policy system. For successfully launching regional vocational education policies， it is necessary to create a good external system environment by increasing the investment and reforming the configuration mode for vocational education resources； emphasize to enhance social construction and match the administrative power and financial power of local governments； set up the specialized agency and establish the coordination and supervision mechanism among stakeholders.
