课堂情景生活化

语言来源于生活,又运用于生活,没有良好的语言环境是不可能学好英语的。而农村小学生学习英语的现状是:接触时间少(每周1―2课时)、缺乏真实的语言环境、巩固率低、遗忘率高,学生离开教室离开教师就成了哑巴。

为了解决这一矛盾,我创设了大量符合学生生活实际的情景剧,让同学们在每月一次的创新活动课上表演。将课本中的新旧知识串连在一起,做到以旧引新,以新温旧,把英语课堂设置成生动活泼、色彩斑斓的社会交际舞台,让学生在舞台上把握角色进行英语口语交际。在每一次妙趣横生的表演中,学生们总是情绪高涨,课堂上既有紧张的思考、激烈的j竟争,又有开心的玩笑、愉悦的享受。这样的活动,学生不仅不感到乏味,而且能主动参与,更牢固地掌握书本知识,更好的促进学生大胆说英语。例如:在学了Directions(新标准英语三册、第二模块)时,结合现实生活创设了一个情景《Three lost children》。内容是:

第一个孩子通过问路的方式找到了朋友的家,内容涉及问候、方位、礼貌用语等。

A: Hello,XX。How are you?

B:I'm fine,thank you,And how are you?

A:I'm fine too,thank you!

A:Where are you going?

B:I'm going to West Lake Road , X X'S house. But I'm lost.

They came to the front of a police.

B:Excuse me,Where's West Lake Road?

Police:Go straight on, and then turn right,It's next to a school。

B:Thank you,Bye―bye。

Police:Good bye。

第二个孩子通过给家人打电话的方式找到了亲人,内容涉及问候、方位、打电话、数字等,情景可以是:

A boy is crying .An old grandpa come overto him and asked:

Grandpa:What's wrong,Dear boy? Can I help you?

Boy:I'm lost。

Grandpa:Don't worry,what's your name?

Boy:I'm X X。

Grandpa: How old are you?

Boy:I'm X X。

Grandpa: Where do you live?

Boy:I'm lost .I would like to call 110.

Grandma:OK。

Boy:110(one、one、zero)

Policeman:Hello,what's worng with you?

Boy:I'm lost。

Policeman:Where are you?

Boy:I'm in Beisan huan xilu Road,It's next to a supermarket。

Policeman:Ok, wait for me, please。

Policeman :What's your name?

Boy: I'm X X

Policeman:How old are you?

Boy:I'm X

Policeman:Where do you live?

Boy:I live in XiSanhuan Beilu Road,It's next to a school.

Policeman:Ok,Let's go home。

The policeman leads the lost child by the hand to his parents.

Policeman:Your son is lost。

Parents:Thank you very much。

这个情景的创设与实际生活相符,涉及内容广泛,营造了和谐互动的口语交际气氛。以前学过的很多知识再次得到巩固,加深了记忆,同学们踊跃表演,积极性非常高,英语口语能力得到了提高。

丹麦语言学家杰斯帕森说过:“教好外语的首要条件是尽可能让学生接触外语。”而农村小学生学英语只能靠在校内和老师接触。所以我们要深钻教材,创设多种多样符合学生生活实际的情景,课堂模拟生活,增强趣味性,激发学生急于学习、模仿的积极性,最终达到学生想学、爱学英语的目的。
