乳腺超声“萤火虫”成像技术对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺常规超声与超声“萤火虫”成像技术对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年

12月女性患者210例,其中乳腺肿块微钙化262个,所有患者均经过常规超声与超声“萤火虫”成像技术进行诊断,并且均手术切除并经病理学结果证实,对比采用常规超声、超声“萤火虫”成像技术、常规超声联合超声“萤火虫”成像技术的诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度的差异。结果:常规的超声检查对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断准确度达89.31%(234/262),敏感度达80.56%(58/72),特异度为92.63%(176/190),阳性预测值为80.56%(29/36),阴性预测值为92.63%(176/190)。在准确率方面,三种检查方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在灵敏度方面,常规联合“萤火虫”成像技术显著高于常规超声检查与超声“萤火虫”成像技术,差异有统计学意义(P

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound “firefly” imaging for breast mass microcalcification.Method:From January 2012 to December 2014,210 female patients,including 262 breast microcalcification in tumor diagnosis to the author’s Hospital were selected.All patients were treated by conventional ultrasound and ultrasound “firefly” imaging technology,and all were operation resection and the pathology results were confirmed.The difference of accuracy, sensitivity, specificity in conventional ultrasound,ultrasound “firefly” imaging technology,conventional ultrasound combined with the ultrasound “firefly” imaging were compared.Result:The ultrasound diagnosis of breast mass microcalcification accuracy was 89.31%(234/262),the sensitivity of 80.56%(58/72),the specificity was 92.63%(176/190),the positive predictive value was 80.56%(29/36),the negative predictive value was 92.63%(176/190).In terms of accuracy,there was no significant difference between the three methods(P>0.05),in terms of sensitivity, conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound “firefly” imaging technology was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic “firefly” imaging technology,there were significant differences(P
