Research on the Reform of School-running System in Vocational Education

Abstract School-running system reform is an important part of Chinese overall reform of education， and is also an important starting point to accelerate the modern vocational education development and build the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristicss. The energetic efforts at all levels of government and the community have continued to advance vocational education system， but there are still some problems， such as the strategic position is not high， vocational education legal system is not perfect， the cross-sectored policy to guide the school-running system reform of vocational education is few， the school-running principal of business is not obvious， etc. So we suggest， from the height of national strategy， to implement comprehensive deepening reform， implement comprehensively promoting the ruling by law， give full play to market forces， explore the implementation means of mixed ownership of vocational institutions， smooth channels for enterprises to participate in vocational education etc.， so as to coordinate the reform of school-running system of vocational education.
