On the Human Rights Implication of China Dream

Abstract：China Dream carries a dream of Chinese people’s happiness and Chinese people’s human rights. The core values of China Dream are respecting and safeguarding human rights，which is the common ideals of the Chinese nation，the consensus of the international community and the inherent requirement of the people’s happiness. China Dream possess a distinct characteristic of human rights：national prosperity and rejuvenation，social harmony closely linking people’s well-being；collective human rights and individual human rights unifing organically. To lead the new normal of “Four Comprehensives”，and fulfill Chinese people’s dream of human rights，we should adhere to the people-oriented concept，develop the economy to ensure human rights；uphold the concept of governing for the people，improve people’s livelihood to promote human rights；adhere to the concept of harmonious development，make overall plans to enforce human rights；stick to the rule of law concept，improve the rule of law to safeguard the human rights.
