初中英语中常见非延续性动词轻松练

与表示一段时间的状语连用的现在完成时，表示过去已经开始且持续到现在的动作或状态。要格外注意的是，这里使用的动词，必须是延续性动词。

同学们在作翻译练习时，经常会出现下面的错误。

汉语：他来这儿很长时间了。

错译：He has come here for a long time.

汉语：我自从三年前就入党了。

错译： Ihavejoinedthe Party since 3 years ago.

以上译句出错的原因是，come和join是非延续性动词，不能用于现在完成时。

除come和join外，初中英语中常见的非延续性动词还有：

arrive ，reach， get to到达

become 成为

borrow 借进

buy 买

close 关上

get to know 认识

get up 起床

leave 离开

lend 借出

start（begin） 开始

turn on 打开

当这些词与表示一段时间的状语连用时，常需用另一个与其意思相同的延续性动词或“be + 形容词（名词、代词、介词短语等）”结构替代。例如，上文中的两句话可分别译成：

He has been here for a long time.

I have been a Party member since 3 years ago.
