二、Would you mind ＋ not doing sth.？在v.-ing形式之前加not，表示请求对方不要做某事。如：

三、Would you mind ＋所有格＋v.-ing形式＋其他？表示请求对方允许某人做某事。如：

对于这一句型的回答，如果你表示听从对方的提议，即表示“不反对，不介意，可以”，可说No, not at all / Not at all（完全不介意）或Of course not/ Certainly not/ Surely not。当然，有时根据句子的意思，也可以用较灵活的应答语。如：

— Would you mind teaching me？你介意教教我吗？— Not at all. 一点也不介意。

— Would you mind coming and checking it？你介意过来检查一下吗？— OK. I’ll be there soon. 好的，我很快就到。

如果你要拒绝对方的提议，表示反对或介意，可以说I’m sorry，but.../ I’m afraid you can’t / I’m afraid you’d better not 等表示委婉的拒绝。有时也用Yes，please don’t 应答。如：

—Would you mind turning off the light in the room？ 请你把房间里的灯关掉好吗？

—I’m sorry. But I haven’t finished my homework yet. 对不起，我的作业还没完成。

友情提示

1. 这一句型可用“Do you mind...？”来代替，但语气上较生硬，不如“Would you mind...？”客气和委婉。

2. 表示委婉地向别人提出要求，还可以用“Could you please do sth.？”或“Would you please do sth.？”。
