Review on Channel Strategy and Improvement of Public Service

[Abstract]A strategic challenge facing each government is how to deliver effective and efficient public services. There have been great achievements in public service channel strategy in foreign countries，which are related to channel type，channel mode，channel behavior， and channel management strategy. In China，the relative research is in the first stage. The research progress and contents of public service channel strategy in foreign countries is reviewed in order to make Chinese scholars pay more attention to this subject.
