The Training of Applied Talents in New Binhai District：

Current Situation， Demands and Countermeasures

Abstract： With a deep analysis of the current situation of training applied talents and the demand of applied talents in the new district， this thesis puts forward the countermeasures in terms of the direction， pattern and structural ratio of personnel training. It is also pointed out that the applicability and practicality of talents' cultivation should be strengthened.
