Abstract：Through the investigation of Dali exhibition industry development present situation and the enterprise management mode， analysis of the Dali state exhibition development problems that exist in the establishment of exhibition industry association， establish exhibition agencies， local cultural fusion Bai "win" road， cultivate professional exhibition personnel， to build a high level of exhibition venues to build International Conference and Exhibition Center， the establishment of local convention network platform development strategy， and provide intellectual support to the development of Dali exhibition industry.
