1) 家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是为了做人口调查而提出这个问题的，所以应该避免流水账似地介绍家庭成员；要尽量说明家人(尤其是父母)对你造成哪些方面 (性格、职业规划、做事风格等)良好的影响。可以参考以下句式结构：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history. / Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me。

听导师说今年的考研成绩3月初开始出来，接下来就是复试。也有其它专业的同学替他们的师弟师妹向我打听导师的情况，怎么复试，复试注意的问题。看到人大的bbs上也有很多同学在很焦灼的问。去年我也是第一次考人大行政管理专业，当时复试时发挥超常，本来初试是第二，就因为复试发挥的好，总分超过了前一名，成为了第一名。我特别将自己的考研复试经验拿出来分享给大家，希望这些点滴经验能够对大家的复试有所帮助!
经验之一：差额复试形势严峻 切勿放松警惕
春节期间应适当养精蓄锐(补充精力和体力)。考研的周期很长，多数同学往往只注重初试，轻视复试，认为只要初试成绩过线了就万事大吉了，这是一种目光短浅的见识，因为目前我们国家的考研人数与日俱增，而教育资源确实有限的，这势必导致考研的报录比逐年降低，也就是说考研的整体难度将增大，而考研培训行业对考研初试的辅导更加有力，这就导致每年过初试分数线的学生可能有所增加，如此一来，复试的难度势必增加，否则就无法将录取人数控制在目标范围内。轻视复试的陈旧观念已经不在适合当前的考研形式，因此请同学们务必重视复试，春节期间切记不可以逸待劳，初试成绩过关也切勿感觉可以一劳永逸了，从初试成绩出来到复试开始一般有一个月左右的时间，如果这段时间荒废的话，那么很可能所有的已获成就都会顷刻间灰飞烟灭，那将是万分可惜的!
经验之二: 复习必须有针对性，切勿乱看参考书!
这段时期的复试复习必须有针对性，否则无法达到预期的目的，也就是说必须完全以复试要求为导向，切勿随意乱看书更不能是自以为是的不看指定参考教课书只看专著和其他难
度较大的论文。在这里我没办法将所有学校所有专业的复试要求告知大家，只能将自己的复试经验简单讲述如下。我是去年考上人民大学管理学院的研究生，人大的行政管理专业复试一般分为两天。第一天是专业课的笔试。复试的笔试难度不算大，都是非常基础的知识，但是你需要在考前好好看一看复试指定书目。答题的时候不必推陈出新或者是标新立异，只要能将教科书上的那些内容表述出来，然后随便写点自己的见解就可以了。因此在复试复习的过程中，只要将这些指定的参考书看熟就可以了，如果有时间再了解行政管理专业各科的教材，以便对各科的学科重点和热点有所了解。
经验三：面试和英语口语考试必须要提前准备，面对老师要虚心。
我记得我复试第二天面试内容是专业口试和英语口语考试。拿到复试通知书的每个学生进教室后，都要自己去抽专业课考试题。由于一个人只抽一道题，因此参加考试的学生很少能记全所有的题目，只是前一个学生会将自己抽到的题目透露给后面的考生，因此我也记住了几道印象深刻的题目。事后我仔细考虑了这些问题，发现这些问题有共性，即它们都是本门学科的重点内容或是学科前沿的热点问题。所以，我建议即将参加复试的学生在掌握指定资料的基础上，也有必要关注当下时政热点。不过这些热点问题的回答依然要用到教科书上的那些理论基础，所以千万不能“忘本”。另外，导师在学术期刊上发表的观点也很重要，建议大家也顺便看一看，不过千万别对这些内容有什么 “异议”，毕竟咱们还都很“嫩”啊，更不要在面试过程中表露出那些个无谓的锋芒，记住这些细节问题将会对面试有很大的益处。
经验四：英语口语面试的细节问题。
英语口语和听力的测试也是比较简单的，其实一般说来不管是笔试还是面试，复试的难度都是相对较小的，这是因为目标院校握有复试的绝对权利，而复试的具体内容都是具体到每个院系的，而院系的老师们一般都是比较体谅学生的，他们也希
望自己能多带几个学生，这样于人于己都有好处。题目的难易程度并不是复试淘汰考生的关键因素，名次的前后才是最直接的因素。因此复试中英语口语的测试也是相对简单的，关键是如何将自己的实力良好的展示给主考官。我当时进行英语口语的测试是，主考官先是让我用英语来自我介绍(这个很简单，但是也很能体现出一个学生的英语基本功)。因此我希望你们能事先把这段自我介绍精心准备，最好达到倒背如流的程度，以此给导师一个好的印象，也可以增加自己的信心。自我介绍之后，导师们会让你朗读一段英文短文给他们听。这篇短文难度比六级阅读理解的难度稍低，因此对于久经沙场的我们来说，这个阅读是小菜一碟，不过也不能掉以轻心，须知英语朗读的过程实际上可以反映你对英语语言的理解，例如长句的停顿可以反映出你对英语语法的理解以及你的英语思维特点等等。如果遇到生词，不必停顿也不要跳跃不读，你只要按照阅读经验和习惯并依靠对这个单词的构词方式将它读出来就行了。读完这篇文章后，导师会根据这篇文章问你1—3个简单问题，也许他也会问你一些他比较感兴趣的日常的热门话题，你当然要用英语来回答，这时千万不要担心，用最简单的日常英语来做回答就行，三五句话就行，多说无益，还有可能暴露出更多的错误!
以上四点经验是复试过程中我认为比较重要的地方，除此之外，下面几个问题也需要引起同学的注意。最重要的就是态度问题，很多考生自认为自己很牛，复试准备的也很充分，不惧老师。但是很多时候就是这种牛人容易挑起导师的“战斗欲”，小心聪明反被聪明误。
首先，还是态度问题。我们再牛也是那些主考官的学生，我们懂得的知识在这些学识渊博的老师面前仅仅是皮毛，因此谦恭的态度是必须的。“吾爱吾师，吾更爱真理”这句话千万不要用在复试中，相反我们必须将尊重的心态表露出来，例如你的脸上要始终表现出认真和谨慎。谈吐中要有礼貌，对问题有异议尽量回避不谈，总之表现的越谦虚越
好，当然也不能唯唯诺诺的不敢说话了。
其次是对待试题的态度问题。回答问题时切记本着“知之为知之，不知为不知”的诚实态度。对问题有想法一定要说出来，没有思考过这个问题的话也要如实的说自己并未思考过这个问题。人大的老师们都很平易近人、友善，他们不会刻意为难某个学生，也不会认为学生没有思考过某个问题就一无是处了。所以，在不会的问题面前一定要表现出诚实的态度，这正是做学问的第一步，即诚实(实事求是)。
最后，一般而言老师都比较喜欢刻苦认真的学生，别忘记了这些老师自己也曾经是挑灯夜读的勤奋学子啊。因此如果老师问你硕士毕业后打算干什么的时候，最好是说决心继续深造。虽然这也许不是你的真心话，但这在老师的耳朵里听着就是舒服啊，所以如此回答是最为得体的!

一、引言
促进大学生就业是学校、家长、毕业生和社会关注的热点问题，解决好大学生就业既是以学生为本又是检验学生培养质量的重要标志之一。我以湖北经济学院会展Q1041班毕业生就业工作为例，从全方位做好毕业生就I工作视角，分析总结我从事毕业生就业工作的主要做法和思考，以期对做好当前高校毕业生就业工作有所启示。
二、班级概况
我于2012―2014年担任湖北经济学院旅游与酒店管理学院会展Q1041班主任。会展Q1041班共计33人，男生9人，女生24人。最终8人成功考上研究生继续深造，25人顺利就业，其中2人自主创业，13人在本专业内就业，2人在教育机构就业，1人在银行就业，7人在其他行业灵活就业，就业率达100%。
三、具体做法
（一）针对学生职业意识形成和从业能力发展的不同阶段，注重就业指导过程的全程性。由于大学生就业观念的形成、对职业和社会的了解都需要一个过程，就业指导的任务之一是培养学生的从业能力。从业能力培养有赖于职业意识的形成，而职业意识的形成也要经过蒙困惑期、考察选择期和适应发展期这样一个渐进的过程。因此，就业指导工作不可一蹴而就，应该贯穿大学全过程，根据不同阶段有所侧重地进行教育引导。
刚开始接手会展Q1041班级，学生正处于大二下阶段，我就指导学生进行职业生涯规划教育和指导，通过邀请会展系系主任进行专业介绍、就业前景分析；会展Q0941班级优秀的专业实习生为本班学生全方位讲解了专业实习和未来就业方向的相关问题。通过各种形式对全体学生进行各种形式的就业教育，帮助学生了解专业发展前景，树立正确的择业观。
大三阶段，一些学生在就业和升学两种方向上会有分流，为了尽早为毕业各种出路做好准备，我充分利用晚讲评的时间了解大家的就业意愿和升学深造意愿，为此在大三上学期一开学，我班专门成立了考研讨论小组和就业互助小组，分别针对考研和就业的学生召开专题班会，在考研指导上做到事无巨细，为我班有意愿考研的学生做了详细的讲解和指导，从考研时间准备、学校选择、各科复习方法、考研心态调整等诸多方面都有详细的经验介绍；针对毕业后直接就业的学生，我利用晚讲评的学生详细了解了我班就业学生的具体情况，按有无意愿从事本专业方向工作的标准进行了划分，要求每位就业学生在大三有空的时候参加一场招聘会，提前体验和感知就业氛围，并向就业的学生讲解现阶段的就业政策和就业技巧。与此同时，建议我班所有学生参与旅游与酒店管理学院2013年举办的“优秀毕业生交流会”，通过交流会分别向考研成功和就业理想的学长学姐取经。
大四阶段，实施与完善班委成员与学生党员的引领与帮扶作用。考研学生处于考研备考关键阶段和复试准备工作阶段，就业学生很多忙于毕业实习，针对这一实际状况，班级成立了由主要班委和学生党员组成的帮扶小组，负责大四期间班级日常事务与考研、就业信息资源的共享，考研和外出毕业实习的学生有任何困难需要帮助的时候，主要班委和学生党员永远是他们坚强的后盾，为考研和在外的学生提供及时的帮助。与此同时，针对我们班考研人数较多的实际状况，我充分利用自己的英语专业优势，为我班所有考研进入复试的学生开展专业的英语复试指导，为每位复试学生亲自指导复试时英语考核的流程与基本内容，为他们提供一整套英语复试资料，包括英语自我介绍、常见问题等；根据我以往考研复试的经验，为进入复试的学生做了考研复试面试指导，从面试心态、常见面试问题回答技巧、专业学习规划等方面做了细致的介绍，做到有的放矢，增强学生复习的针对性。根据我院成立了2014级考研复试调剂小组的实际状况，积极为进入复试的学生联络可以提供帮助的院内老师，其中一位学生在学院领导的积极联络和帮助下，成功考入山东大学深造。
（二）坚持以提高综合素质和实践能力为中心，强化就业指导内容的全面性。社会发展对人才培养提出了更高的要求，除专业成绩外，更注重学生的综合素质和实践能力。高校培养的毕业生不仅是求职者，还应该是具备综合素质和实践能力的高级人才。为进一步拓宽学生的知识面，加强综合能力和人文素质培养，特别注重提高学生的创新能力、实践能力、适应能力和创业能力。我从担任会展Q1041班主任开始，多次鼓励学生参加丰富多彩的学校实践活动，如在大二至大三期间，我们班多位学生担任学校和院系党支部、学生会、各学生社团组织的主要负责人，锻炼学生的管理和组织协调能力。学生就业指导工作应将素质教育渗透其中，将就业指导工作与高素质的人才培养体系结合起来，注重学生的全面发展。除加强对学生就业技巧的培训外，更注重学生两个能力的培养：一是适应职业需要的实践能力的培养，如创造能力、决策能力、社交能力、操作能力和组织管理能力等；二是适应变化的自我发展能力的培养，同时也要培养他们具有团队精神、敬业精神、创新精神和求知欲望。为此，充分利用学校鼓励大学生自主创业的机会，鼓励和培养学生的自主创业精神，使之逐渐成为就业岗位的开拓者和创造者。会展Q1041班最终有2名学生成功地实现了自主创业，开办了一家以武侠主题为背景的主题餐厅，截至目前，餐厅运营状况良好。
此外，极引导学生利用课外时间参与校级以上组织的学科竞赛、课外学术、科技作品竞赛及社会实践活动，鼓励学生参加学校各类社团活动，与此同时指导成立有学院专业特色的学生学科性社团：会展协会。并于2012年5月策划、组织、实施举办了湖北经济学院旅游与酒店管理学院第一届会展策划大赛，提高了学生的专业认可度和就业自信心，也充分锻炼了学生的实践动手能力。2013年6月，本班学生以会展协会为平台，成功策划了湖北经济学院首届“爱眼节”为主题的展览会活动，活动的成功开展满足了广大学生自我锻炼和培养专业兴趣的迫切要求，最大限度地为学生提供了锻炼的机会。此外，为了提高毕业生的就业能力，提供就业锻炼机会，学院、会展系、班主任等积极为毕业生牵线搭桥、多方联系实习单位，于2013年暑假圆满组织了部分学生参与上海展览会公司的实习，其他学生则充分利用武汉举办展览会的机会参与实习，提前走向社会，参与实践锻炼，了解就业市场、专业课外活动的开展及社会实践活动的开展，为大学生就业能力和综合素质的培养创造良好的条件。
（三）围绕就业影响因素的多重性，重视参与就业指导的全员性。影响大学生就业的因素有主体的，也有客体的，涉及学生、家庭、学校、社会等多个方面。为此，做好毕业生的就业指导工作和服务体系是一项集学校、学生、社会（用人单位）于一体的全方位、系统性工程，需要全社会的参与。充分了解我校的就业指导工作，我校逐步实现专门人员指导变为全员指导，形成由各级领导、辅导员、班主任、任课教师等全员参与的就业指导工作网络，同时积极动员学生家长、校友、友好挝徊斡胙生就业指导工作，通过政策的详细了解，更具体有针对性地指导本班学生顺利就业。
在大四上学期，通过每周晚讲评的主题班会，了解班级学生的就业思想和就业动态，包括有多少学生家里可以为就业提供帮助，哪些学生属于就业困难，哪些学生愿意在本专业领域就业，哪些学生有意愿从事其他行业，做好充分的数据统计。及时向班级学生学院、学校的就业信息，积极落实学院就业周报制度，同就业困难学生谈心，缓解他们心理上的就业误区和就业压力，成立以班主任为组长，主要班委和学生党员为主要帮扶成员，为班级学生再就业工作上提供力所能及的帮助。充分旅游与酒店管理学院在就业工作上的各种平台，积极推荐学生就业，充分发动专任教师、学生家长、校友资源等力量，通过大家的共同努力，有针对性地做好每一位学生的培养与就业指导工作，不断拓宽就业信息渠道，提高人才培养质量和毕业生的就业率，最终圆满达到全员就业的良好效果。
（四）全方位做好毕业生的就业工作，以及就业困难学生的精准帮扶工作。随着高校毕业生就业总量压力持续加大，供需不匹配的结构性矛盾依然突出，就业形势更为复杂、任务更加艰巨。为进一步提高毕业生的就业质量和就业率，就业困难学生的精准帮扶显得越来越重要。
要做好就业困难学生的精准帮扶工作，前提是摸清学生就业困难的原因。针对就业困难毕业生不同的就业困难类型，对他们开展“一对一”的精准帮扶。
1.针对家庭经济困难的毕业生，我们在校期间通过学校勤工助学服务中心，为他们提供合适的志愿服务和勤工助学岗位。另外，针对家庭经济困难的毕业生，还为这些学生积极争取相应的经济援助，如国家和学校有《关于做好高校毕业生一次性求职补贴发放工作的通知》的资助政策，帮助这些困难学生减少求职中的经济顾虑，消除心理自卑，鼓励他们积极主动地参加各类招聘会，获取求职应聘的机会。
2.针对就业观念困难的毕业生，从大学低年级开始就建议这些学生选修职业生涯规划课和就业指导课，让他们对自己未来的职业生涯有一个定位和目标。组织他们在校期间多从事社会实践和社会活动，让他们了解社会，了解各种职业，提高他们的社会实践能力和社会交往能力。邀请就业指导专家、职业规划师、人才测评师等举办就业指导讲座，有针对性地进行全程化和个性化的就业指导，引导他们转变就业观念，调整就业期望值，拓展就业思路。
3.针对就业心理困难的毕业生，我们积极联系校心理咨询室，帮助他们调适择业心理，缓解就业压力。组织他们参加模拟招聘活动、就业实践等各种就业训练活动，使他们对就业过程有一个感性认识，消除就业恐惧心理，树立自信，走出心理困境。
4.针对就业能力困难的毕业生，组织他们到学校的实习实训基地，参加学校举办的各种基本技能培训班、职业训练营、职业生涯规划大赛、社会实践等个性化活动，提升他们的素质，有意识地帮助他们提高就业能力。除此之外，通过校友及学院专任课教师等资源，为这些就业困难的学生推荐合适的就业岗位。

联系导师通常可以选择两种方式：电子邮件联系和电话联系，也可以借此询问老师是否可以面谈，让他在面试前就对你有更清晰的了解。当然，你也可以通过其他人的引荐，这样更直接有效。

0 引言
毕业设计是满足学校应用型人才培养目标的重要教学环节，是土木工程专业教学过程中的一个主要内容，它是对大学四年所学课程的一次大练兵，也是学生走入工作岗位之前的工作预演。可以说，毕业设计是连接专业知识与工程实践的一条纽带。通过毕业设计的实践过程，使学生掌握如何把理论知识应用到实际工程建设当中去，综合运用所学的基础理论、基本知识、基本技能，提高分析和解决实际问题的能力，达到综合运用专业知识的目的，为今后走向社会奠定良好的基础[1]。近几年来，在学校教学过程中，由于某些主客观因素的影响，普遍存在着毕业设计质量下滑的现象，因此本人总结了独立学院土木工程专业毕业设计教学改革方法与成功的实践经验，与同行们交流探讨。
1 存在问题
1.1 高等院校扩大招生的影响 高等院校扩招让更多的学生得到了进入高校学习的机会。公立院校招生名额有限，民办独立学院成为学生进入高校学习另一途径。独立学院全部办学经费自筹自支，故招生人数较多，教师人数配备相对较少，导致师生比例失衡，在客观上降低了学生的质量，是毕业设计质量下滑的因素之一。
1.2 学生重视程度不够 社会就业的不公平，社会风气不正导致部分学生认为毕业设计好坏与找工作关系不大，有的学生学习很差，工作却不错；有的学生认为只要与单位签订了就业协议，不管毕业设计质量如何，学校都得让其毕业；个别情况还出现花钱买毕业设计论文的现象，这些情况对保证毕业设计质量造成极坏的影响。
1.3 指导教师对毕业设计投入不足 由于扩招，学生人数相对教师比例增大，对毕业设计指导不得不外聘教师来完成。有的教师科研教学任务较重；有的教师有自己的公司，做买卖搞经营；导致投入指导毕业设计的精力不足，有的教师专业应用水平较薄弱，工程实际经验不足，加上责任心不强，没有把主要精力放在指导毕业设计上，这直接导致毕业设计质量下滑。
1.4 客观外界因素对学生影响 毕业设计阶段刚好是某些用人单位招聘毕业生的黄金时间，迫于就业的压力，学生不得不奔波于各种招聘会；有的学生为了能与单位签订就业协议，不得不屈从于一些单位要求学生提前上班实习的不合理要求；还有考研的学生在毕业设计阶段要抽出时间参加考研复试等等，这些现象打乱了毕业设计的进度安排，直接影响毕业设计的质量。
1.5 毕业设计内容与实际工程有差距 毕业设计一般是在学校里完成，与外界联系较少，在设计过程中遇到的实际问题较少，设计内容相对实际工程简单，导致用人单位反映刚毕业的学生没有工作经验，解决问题能力不高，若被聘用，需要单位培养很长一段时间才能独立工作，这样学生通过毕业设计得到能力的锻炼有限，这也是导致学生对毕业设计兴趣不足的原因。因此要解决单位找不到合适毕业生，学生没有单位要的尴尬局面，必须在毕业设计阶段与用人单位密切联系，加强校企合作[1]。
2 提高毕业设计质量的措施
2.1 毕业设计实践教学基地的建设及意义 建议毕业设计的全过程不是在学校里做，而是在和学生所学专业对口的设计单位、施工单位、招投标造价部门、监理单位等去完成。毕业设计的全部内容应是实际正在建设的工程项目，采取“真题真做”的毕业设计形式[1]。学校与企业签署合作协议，把企业单位作为实践教学基地：租用企业办公室，增添电脑办公桌椅等设备，购买规范图集及专业参考书籍，建立长期稳定的合作关系，采用“校企合作”的联合培养模式[1]。采取这种形式，能够激发学生对毕业设计的兴趣，培养学生解决实际问题，工作中与其它各专业配合及与外界关系协调处理的实践能力和创新能力，同时增加学生对工作的责任感，对学习新规范、新工艺、新技术的紧迫感。另外，通过联合培养，可以使学校及时了解企业对毕业生的要求及需求情况，企业单位也能够通过毕业设计这一环节对学生有一个更全面、更准确的了解，增加学生的就业机会，这在一定程度上能够处理好毕业设计与学生找工作或去单位实习相矛盾等问题。同时也对学校的人才培养方式，课程体系建设，课堂教学质量起到监督、检查和促进作用。
2.2 毕业设计题目的确定与选择 根据目前已签署了协议的实践教学基地，毕业设计的指导教师与企业总工或主要技术负责人依据现有的在建工程项目协商确定毕业设计题目。考虑到学生没有更多的实践经历和经验，“真题真做”的方式既要保证所做工程内容完成时间，又要保证质量。因此毕业设计题目要尽量考虑那些建筑规模（面积、层数）相对较小（7000m2以下，六层以内），结构形式比较单一，结构构件布置较规则的建设项目；对于较大型复杂的工程项目，可以考虑拿出其中相对独立的一部分作为毕业设计的内容，以保证毕业设计成果的质量。针对选好的项目，指导教师从建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计、工程预算编制、工程监理等几个方面确定毕业设计题目供学生选择。采取“公布题目，双向选择，院系调控”的做法，学生可以根据自己对某个方面的兴趣，自身发展的需要（例如已经与用人单位签订了协议，知道以后要从事的工作内容）选择毕业设计题目，这样能充分调动学生的积极性与主动性。同时院系从宏观上根据对选择每个题目的学生人数，实践基地设备配备情况，师资力量情况进行调控，尽量达到均衡合理，确保毕业设计顺利进行。
2.3 指导教师应具备的素质 毕业设计每个题目的指导教师由学校自有教师和负责该工程项目的技术负责人或总工校外指导教师担任，采取“联合指导”的方式进行，这样可以解决校内指导教师师资力量不足的问题。校内指导教师应该具有多年丰富的理论教学经验，副高级以上职称，“双师型”的教师，主要负责毕业设计内容的理论指导；校外指导教师应该具有丰富的工程实践经验，中级以上职称，负责培养学生对工程实际问题的处理能力和与外界的沟通能力。指导教师工作责任心强，严谨，认真，具有创新精神，这是毕业设计成功的关键。
2.4 毕业设计指导过程的控制
2.4.1 提高认识，积极准备。通过毕业设计的训练，学生可以把在校期间学习的知识进行归纳、总结和验证，使其更加完整和系统，从而巩固自己所学的基础理论知识和专业知识，提高综合运用知识的能力；提高运算、绘图、计算机操作技能，提高使用工具书和参考书的能力，熟悉相关的设计、施工、监理规范和工程概预算定额，为今后走上工作岗位后具有解决实际问题的能力创造有利条件。有了这方面的认识，毕业设计开始前，指导教师和学生要做一些准备工作。毕业设计题目的确定和题目的选择应在大四上学期期末完成。学生拿到毕业设计题目后，要搜集熟悉相关资料，对所要做的工程内容和使用的规范尽可能多的了解；复习巩固基础知识，了解土木工程设计、施工、管理等方面的相关知识，提高查阅规范、手册、图集的能力，为完成实际工程项目做准备[2]。
2.4.2 采取正确、科学的指导方法并及时监督检查。指导毕业设计是一项繁重的工作，除了要求指导教师有较强的敬业精神外，还要求他们采取正确、科学的指导方法。指导教师应做好学生的思想动员工作，让学生充分了解毕业设计的目的、任务、进度等基本要求。在每一阶段工程项目任务开始之前，指导教师应针对实际项目的特点，讲授这一阶段应注意的问题和采取的设计计算方法。项目开始后，教师应每天坚持定期到实习基地对学生进行指导。具体指导过程采取“多环节”的指导方法[2]，即指导教师指导一部分，学生做一部分，指导教师检查一部分。只有当指导教师检查认为学生这部分工程内容完成的没有问题了，才允许学生做下一部分的工作内容。如此循环，直到全部毕业设计内容完成。这样做，一方面指导教师能及时了解学生所做的工程内容的进展情况，另一方面学生也能及早知道自己的工作有无原则性错误，避免前功尽弃，延误工期。如果由于学生某些计算内容错误，反复地修改，造成完成任务进度缓慢，老师应要求学生必须加班加点，保证满足实际工程进度要求才行。在这个过程中，能够培养和锻炼学生吃苦耐劳，坚韧不拔的工作作风和坚强的意志品格。在每一阶段工程项目进行当中，涉及到与其它专业配合、交圈的地方，由单位总工或负责人出面协调处理，保证学生所做的毕业设计成果准确无误，确保工程质量。在这个过程中，学生掌握了本专业的知识与其它各专业之间的相互联系，加深了对建筑工程项目建设的整体认识。
2.4.3 对毕业设计成果的严格考核。毕业设计成绩按100分计，60分以上为合格。毕业设计成绩组成如下：由指导教师给出的平时成绩占40分，毕业答辩成绩占60分。指导教师根据学生遵守纪律情况，工作态度，独立工作能力，任务完成情况及企业单位对学生的评价给出平时成绩。平时成绩达到及格分数24分以上方可参加毕业答辩。毕业答辩小组成员由学校指导教师和聘请的总工或单位技术负责人组成。每个答辩小组里教师2～3人，其中高级职称不少于1人，单位总工或技术负责1人。毕业答辩时，先由学生自我介绍毕业设计成果10分钟左右，接着答辩老师根据学生的报告情况，计算书所完成的内容和绘制的设计图纸进行提问，学生对答辩教师提出的问题作出简明扼要的回答，答辩老师根据学生仪态，回答问题的正确程度等情况进行评分。
3 教学改革实践成果
从2007年开始实施教学改革以来，经过几年教改经验不断的摸索与总结，使得我院毕业设计质量得到大幅提高。由于毕业设计采取“校企联合”“真题真做”方式[1]，使同学们在毕业设计过程中得到了实际工程的训练，最后的设计成果完全达到了工程项目实施的合格标准。在2007～2013年期间，吉林省教育厅高教处、吉林省土木建筑协会联合主办了五次吉林省高校土木工程专业毕业设计竞赛，在竞赛中，我院学生共获一等奖11名，二等奖9名，三等奖5名的好成绩。这充分说明了实施的教学改革方案对提高毕业生毕业设计质量是成功的。
4 结束语
随着社会对高等教育人才要求的不断提高，高等教育规模的不断扩大，如何提高毕业设计质量，为社会输出合格的应用型人才，这是大家一直关注的问题。而重视毕业设计环节，改革毕业设计模式，完善毕业设计管理制度，提高指导教师的责任心，做好毕业设计选题、答辩、成绩评定等工作都将有助于提高毕业设计质量。
