AbstractJiangsu Open University（Nantong campus） and Jiangsu Yongda Electric Power and Telecommunication Installation Engineering Co.，Ltd make a deep universityenterprise cooperation， and reform the talent training scheme under the viewpoint of modern apprenticeship to solve the problems of the students′ skills， building of professional knowledge， professional practice and graduate employment. Based on the profound cooperation， we built the talent training scheme， designed the standards of teaching， and used course spectrum to manage the teaching content. Gradually it formed the implementation of the talent training scheme， curriculum plans， providing basis for schoolbased implementation of modern apprenticeships.
