循证决策:国际实践、理论渊源与学术定位

[摘要]循证决策是十多年来国际公共政策领域的热门实践，国内的相关研究相对薄弱。本文旨在弥补这一缺憾。主要内容包括：循证

Evidence-based Decision-making： International Practice， Theoretical Origin and Academic Orientation

[Abstract]Evidence-based policy-making is a popular practice of international public policy for more than 10 years， domestic research is relatively weak. This paper aims to compensate this shortcoming. The main contents include the background of evidence-based policy-making and its position in the academic circles and the government management， the connotation and elements of evidence-base policy making， the theoretical origin and characteristics of evidence-based policy-making. Finally， the paper focuses on three aspects related to the positioning， dispute and research focus and discusses how to make sense of the evidence-based policy-making.
