引言：初三段面临中考，各学校都非常重视英语作文的教学，其目的一方面是提高中考成绩，另一方面提高学生的综合素质。但调查显示，虽然各初中学校均把其视为英语写作教学中一个必不可少的环节，但英语作文的批改与评价却是整个英语教学中一个最薄弱的环节，很多教师重视批改但不重视评价，重视量化但不重视剖析，导致英语作文的批改与评价成了衡量学生英语作文得分高低的一个环节。本文针对目前初三阶段的英语作文的批改与评价进行探讨，旨在剖析问题，提出对策，进一步完善初中英语作文的批改与评价模式，为学生英语学习能力的提高提供新的思路。

1初中英语作文批改与评价存在的问题简述

1.1重批改轻评价，过度重视写作成绩的提高

目前，初中毕业班的英语教师作文作业留的都不少，而且批改的工作量很大，不辞辛劳地把学生所有的错误都用红笔圈出来，或帮助改正学生作文中的错误。甚至有的教师在批改过程中把单词、词组、句子结构、段落，或是语法、逻辑、标点等都细细琢磨。但如此“浩大”的工作做过之后，成了典型的“雷声大，雨点小”，批改完了，给每个学校量化得分之后就没事了。至于说学生的错误错在哪里，什么原因错的，此类错误出现过几次，是疏忽大意，还是能力问题，还是其它什么问题，以及通过这份作业的批改发现学生在学习的过程中哪里学的好，哪里有问题，是单词问题，还是语法句法问题，还是逻辑问题，还是思路问题等等，教师均不会再去思考。因此，许多初三的英语教师批改英语作文看似工作量很大，但其实有很多尚未到位的地方亟待解决。

1.2重结果轻讲评，忽视学生写作能力的提高

这里说的结果，主要是说大部分英语教师批改完作文后，都习惯按照分数高低给学生们“排下队”，看谁得分高，谁得分低，很少再进一步细化的针对学生的具体写作情况进行分析总结，提出有针对性的意见。同时，多数学生拿到作文本时的第一反应往往并不细究自己的错误，而是先看老师给的等级或分数，将作文本搁在一边。周而复始，部分学生的作文进步缓慢，甚至停滞不前。显然，这种“教师重批改轻跟踪检查、学生重写轻改”的英语作文批改和评价方式既使教师耗时费力，又使学生从中收效甚微，更谈不上达到课程标准所要求的目标和学生写作能力的提高，是一种低效批改和评价。

2改进初中英语作文批改和评价效果的途径分析

2.1批改和评价同步进行，构建科学的英语作业分析理念

批改和评价同步进行，目的是为了避免教师重批改轻评价的作业分析模式。这就要求教师在批改作业时需要及时的对每个学生的作业完成情况进行总结，教学实践中，教师可以为每个学生建立档案，比如语法、单词、逻辑、结构等很多方面。每次都对学生的英语作文完成情况进行统计，观察学生的优缺点及学习进展情况，然后有针对性的提出改进意见，促使学生能够真正的通过完成作业而得到对知识的检验，达到不断的自我完善。

2.2多重点评模式相结合，促进学生英语写作能力提高

为解决英语作文点评效果差的局面，笔者通过教学实践的总结，探索出一些比较行之有效的评价模式，包括：多次全批法、面批法、自批互批法等。多次全批法可采取批改过程挑选几篇中等水平且含有典型错误的习作，摘录其中普遍和典型的错误，或习作中的精彩文句来给学生仔细的分析，以达到普遍提高；面批法侧重对不同层次学生提出不同要求的方法。比如，英语基础薄弱的学生，应重点指导他们利用简单句把要点写全，避免出现不该犯的错误；对中等学生，则要求他们在确保写出所有要点的基础上，尝试使用所学的各种较为复杂句型，向高分档靠拢；对优秀的学生则要求他们尽可能多地使用高级词汇与复杂语法，引导这些学生在书面表达方面向更完美的方向努力；自批互批法是一种极能调动学生学习写作积极性的方法。教师可以提供一些批改的基本原则；引导学生从具体的语言点着手辨析常见错误。

2.3丰富英语作文点评手段，调动学生学习积极性

教学实践中，教师可以采取多种多样的作文点评手段，提高学生学习积极性。比如，开展“挑病句比赛”、“优秀范文评比”、“翻译比赛”等，结合多媒体教学，通过声音、图像立体式的把知识传输给学生，调动学生的学习积极性。

结语

英语作文作文的批改和评价，对教师及时的观察和了解学生的学习状况，进一步作出合理的教学调整有着重要的作用。因此，需要广大英语教师继续树立积极的态度，讲究批改技巧、讲评方式，以发现学生的优点为出发点，以培养学生自主学习为最终目标，长期坚持采用多种批改方式、讲评方式交替使用，真正促进学生英语写作能力的提高。
