转化医学研究机构建设指标体系构建及上海的实证分析

摘 要 目的:探索建立一套系统、科学的转化医学研究机构建设指标体系,为转化医学研究机构的系统化和规范化建设提供参考依据。方法:通过文献回顾,结合德尔菲法开展两轮专家咨询问卷调查。结果:建立了由6项一级指标、19项二级指标和50项核心内涵指标组成的转化医学研究机构建设指标体系,专家积极系数两轮均为100%,专家权威程度为0.835,所有指标变异系数均小于0.2,两轮专家协调系数χ2检验结果均为P

Construction and investigation assessment of an index system reflecting construction standard for clinical and translational research center*

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore a series of parameters reflective of management efficacy on a clinical and translational research center, which can be further used as a reference for systematic and standardized establishment of research institutes of translational medicine. Methods: Extensive literature review and topic discussion followed by two rounds of professional enquiries in terms of Delphi method. Results: Construction Index System for Translational Medical Research Institute has been formulated, which contains 6 first-class indicators, 19 second-class indicators and 50 pieces of essential connotations. After reliability analysis, the positive coefficient of 20 specialists from 2 rounds of enquiries is 100%, and experts’ degree comes up to 0.835 from self assessment. By calculating Kendall coefficient, via Chi-square test, the experts to coordinate coefficient is demonstrated to remain at a significant level, suggesting specialists’ opinion coordination is existent and enquiry result is advisable. Conclusion: A series of indexes has been established in this study to assess the construction efficacy of clinical and translational center. The index system is comprehensive, advisable and practicable for scientific evaluation of construction and management status of institutes, providing guidance and criteria for future self-improvement and sustainable development of such institutes.

随着转化医学理念在现代生物医学研究和创新领域中的倡导,被视为孵化器和推进器的转化医学研究机构倍受青睐,它的建设在我国虽起步较晚,但近两年来已进入快速发展通道[1]。如何将其建设成为整合共建单位的技术与专业资源,建立必要的研究网络以便于流行病学调查和开展干预措施,进而促进科学发现快速应用于疾病的解析、诊断、治疗和预防,在国内外仍处于探索阶段[1,2]。本研究旨在探索建立一套适用于转化医学研究机构建设的系统、科学的指标体系,并通过该指标体系的实证研究,检验其实用性、有效性和可操作性,从而为转化医学研究机构的系统化和规范化建设提供参考依据。
