Mentor Counsetor of Chinese Universities Mode under the New Situation

Abstract：Along with the deepening reform and development of Chinese universities，90，00 after the students gradually become the subject of Chinese universities，the main body status of students was enhanced，the old way of teaching knowledge of teachers is a huge challenge. Counselor is the first lifeline of Chinese university，bear the important task of cultivating the contemporary college students，and the traditional "nanny" counselors is no longer suitable for college students，college counselors should actively study and thinking，keep pace with the times，change from "nanny type" into "mentor" counselor，trying to be the good mentors and bosom friends of college students in the new period and under the new situation.
