A.与宣传部合作，制作宣传板，海报和横幅，在各研究生楼及食堂下张贴大量海报。安排相关人员在各研究生楼宿舍楼逐个寝室发放报名表，报名表可制成两面，一面印有赞助方相关信息，一面印报名细则，这样可以一举两得。

B.和各个班级合作，各班组织委员对各班级进行通报，将宣传细化，深入化。

C.借助校广播台和网络，在梅陇客栈上发布网络版块，并开启网络报名方式，报名邮箱为：___。

大赛分为预赛和决赛两个部分。

预赛(考察选手的基本演讲素质)

1、时间和地点：10月底，大教室

2、评委：由主席团和办公室安排

3、比赛流程：

每位选手演讲进行五分钟的演讲。包括一分钟自我介绍和三分钟关于主题的演讲。最终按分数取前八名进入决赛。

决赛

1、时间和地点：11月初，逸夫楼

3、比赛流程：

(1)主持人开场白。

(2)命题演讲。选手按照赛前抽签顺序依次上台演讲，每人六分钟(一分钟英文自我介绍+五分钟演讲)。

(3)观众互动的小节目(由观众说出一个字，台上参赛选手说出一句包含此字的诗词)。

(4)宣布上一轮得分，淘汰两名选手，获得优秀奖。

(5)即兴演讲。大屏幕上给出6个题号，每个题号后面对应一个题目。按照赛前抽签顺序由第一个选手选择题号，30秒钟准备时间后开始即兴演讲，时间约为2分钟。其他选手照此依次进行。

(6)评委评分并点评，主持人宣布比赛成绩和名次。

(7)活动参与者合影，主持人宣布活动结束。

七、参赛要求

(1)本次比赛演讲稿的内容必须围绕"活动与梦想"的主题，结合实际，突出亮点，主题鲜明，积极向上，切忌空谈理论。

(2)参赛语言可采用中文或者英文，采用站立式脱稿演讲。

(3)参赛选手必须在赛前15分钟入场，找相关人员签到。

(4)比赛顺序由抽签决定。

(5)比赛开始后，各参赛选手不得无故退出比赛。

(6)每位选手的演讲时间限定在8分钟内。

八、评分过程

得分才用累计形式，两轮得分累加从高到低依次排列，决出一、二、三等奖。整个评分过程要求校研会同学参加，力求做到公平、公正、公开。

九、奖项设置

一等奖(1名)：证书+奖品

二等奖(2名)：证书+奖品

三等奖(3名)：证书+奖品

演讲活动方案4为继承和发扬中华民族讲文明的优良传统，大力弘扬和培育团员青年爱岗敬业、无私奉献的精神，激励广大团员青年投身海岛建设。结合我县文明城市创建工作，团县委决定在全县举行“践行文明我先行”团员青年演讲比赛，实施方案如下：

以基层团总支为单位参赛，每个团总支选送1名参赛者。

三、比赛对象

全县团员青年。

四、比赛要求

1.演讲内容：以“践行文明我先行”为主题，具体演讲题目自定。

要结合自身岗位特点和身边的先进事迹，紧紧围绕文明城市创建，了解和熟知身边的不文明现象，深刻认识文明修身的重要性，加强自身的文明意识，以人格魅力和行为示范教育感染身边人，做文明行为的指导者和引路人，人人争当文明人。

2.演讲形式：表达形式多样，体裁不限，主题鲜明，观点明确，具有创新性和时代感。

3.演讲稿要求必须原创，禁止抄袭和网上原文下载。

4.演讲过程中要求：语言流畅，有较强的感染力，可以根据自己的实际需要，在演讲过程中采用灵活多样的形式(如：辅助背景音乐、PPT展示等)。

5.演讲时要求尽量脱稿，预赛时间限制在3-5分钟内。

决赛时间根据情况再行确定。

五、比赛时间

1.比赛分预赛和决赛。

6月份上旬进行预赛，取前10名进入决赛(6月底)。预赛、决赛采用抽签顺序制，比赛选手按抽签次序依次上台演讲。

2.请各基层团支部于5月27日前将参赛者报名表(附1)和演讲稿的电子版发送至团县委信箱(changdaot_w@163.com)。

六、比赛评选及奖励

1.团县委组织专家进行稿件的审核、评比、评选等事项。

2.比赛设个人奖和优秀组织奖。

个人奖设一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名，其他为优秀奖。优秀组织奖为获得一、二、三等奖选手所在的基层团总支。

3.对所有报名参赛的选手都进行奖励。

演讲活动方案5一、活动背景：爱国主义是我们民族精神的核心，是实现中华民族伟大复兴永不枯竭的精神动力。中国人民有自己的民族自尊心和自豪感，以热爱祖国为的光荣，以损害社会主义祖国利益、尊严为耻辱。

二、活动目的：纪念一二九运动八十周年，加强爱国主义教育。

9.主持人宣布获奖名单。

10.颁奖仪式。

11.主持人宣布比赛结束。

12.嘉宾退席。

13.观众离场。
