On the Evaluation of PeopleOriented City in the Context of New Urbanization

Abstract：peopleoriented Idea need emphasis on and need to respect the personal experience of urban residents in the construction of new urbanization. A positive evaluation can be make by devising a peoplecentered evaluation model of the city and doing a empirical test using Survey data from Chongqing from the perspective of residents’ perception. The results show that Peoplecentered city evaluation model city with high reliability, good reliability and validity, suitable for evaluation and measurement of urban peopleoriented properties and their extent.
