Guangshan white Shark Card Clothing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1962, which is the largest manufacturing base for metallic card clothing in china. As the HIGHTECH Enterprise, it has passed the approval of ISO9000 with self-support right for imports and exports.

In the upcoming exhibition, the company will heavily introduce card clothing of “Jintran” surface strengthening treatment, which has the advantages of super durability, protecting fiber, reducing cotton knot, strong corrosion resistance, as well as no running-in period and so on.

Super durability. It adopts nanoscale wear-resisting material to increase surface strengthening treatment through special technique, to form 0.003-0.005mm protective layer on the surface of the cloth. Experimental testing data shows that tooth hardness of cloth could increase to 1100-1300HV from 860HV, and the durability has been improved a lot. Meanwhile, the surface of cloth is smooth, with roughness Ra reaching to 0.15 μm, friction coefficient μ

Protecting fiber. Through the process of bevel gear, the clothing has circular-arc edge, conical tooth tip, rounded and sooth body. Under a magnifying glass of Kean’s 200 times, the tooth tip is like 6μm drop, which can relax the impact on fiber and reduce the cutting injury to fiber, with short fiber rate down 0.5 - 1 percentage point (equal to save raw material 5 - 10 kg/ton).

Reducing cotton knot. Compared with the ordinary clothing, this card clothing has better performance with less tooth top area, sharp tooth tip, as well as improved puncture carding function, with removal rate of cotton knot up 90%.

Strong corrosion resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance with the combination between new anti-corrosion technology and special process. The multiple corrosion tests of salt mist, moist heat and acid show that the corrosion form of card clothing is not obvious, which can be naked in normal environment without any protective measures.

No running-in period. In the production process, it adopts special technology of cone gear, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, without treatment in the late process. There is no running-in period in the service.

Yantai S&S Science and Technology Application Engineering Co., Ltd. will exhibit SAT airjet towel loom in the exhibition. It has some features as follows.

Energy conservation & High speed & High efficiency

It adopts towel reed-moving looping system, which can adjust loop height with the scope of 0-14 mm, and can weave long & short loop and wave loop. Every weft can be different in loop height, and can easily set loop cycle period. Looping height can realize infinitely variable adjustment to weave top grade towel.

Stability and Reliability

One piece of whole wallboard is applied with good anti-vibration and reliability to ensure hyper-speed, broad width and less noise of the loom. Both stability and reliability of the weft insertion system are enhanced due to space narrowing down between auxiliary nozzles. With newly designed strong and tenacious framework, well balanced beating-up is realized through offcenter rockshaft upon little inertia moment. 20% reduction of earthshock is obtained due to the control of vibration (as compared with imports looms).

Energy-saving & Cost-reduction

The independently adjustable terminal auxiliary nozzle controlled by pressure enhances performance of weft insertion and reduce consumption of compressed air. Stable performance of weft insertion benefits from one air valve to work with two auxiliary nozzles, which contributes to less energy consumption by closing needless nozzles.

Intelligent & Humanization

It adopts new-type display screen, the Internet, communication technology and remote control, so as to realize the high intelligence of the whole machine, which provides superior operability to achieve high efficient weaving production.

Main nozzles,auxiliary nozzles and profiled reed work together for weft insertion. High-frequency electromagnetic valve is given the order to open or close by CPU to conduct the jet timing control for nozzles. Standard-type auxiliary main nozzles are applied to interlock with the main nozzles. The weft will be accelerated under less air pressure to avoid any damage to it, which enables a stable operation with little broken picks, even for broad width weaving at high speed.

Auxiliary air bag, namely the breast beam, which is near to auxiliary nozzles, provides a shorter way in air supply to minimize frictional drag. The design is more adaptive to highspeed loom and also reduces 10% air consumption.

Electronic weft cut off device. There is an electronic weft cut off device (running together with reed seat) in airjet towel loom, which can better control weft cut off angle and prevent defective selvage.

Electronic Take-up. Weft density setting can be done only by input through the multifunctional operation panel (no need to change gears), and the wide range of weft density is capable of handling more variety of textiles and the weft density is also changeable in a single weaving process.

Electronic Let-off. Tension sensors are used to detect any warp tension change, and warp let-off volume can be altered as per the rotary speed of the servomotor through a computer so as to adjust the warp tension. In addition, because of its simple mechanical structure with strong sensibility, it fits for any high speed and decorative-design fabrics.

High Temperature Dyeing Machine

APPLICATION: Most knitted and woven synthetic fabrics in polyester, nylon and their blends with or without spandex.

DYECOWIN is the revolutionary high temperature dyeing machine setting new standards for the industry. It is integrated with the cutting-edge patented technologies to cut down the liquor ratio and to enhance the productivity of the dyeing processes.

Reduce Production Cost: DYECOWIN is a major breakthrough in the long tube machine operating with a much lower running liquor ratio as low as 1 : 5. The patented fluid distributor at the rear of the machine can effectively adjust the distribution of dyeing liquor according to different fabric types, ensuring an organized fabric stacking pattern.

Optimize the Dyeing Quality: The winchless design can overcome the tangling problem on the conventional dyeing machines. Enhance Productivity and Efficiency: The rectangular fabric transportation pipe allows fabric to have free relaxation and run smoothly along the channel, thus reducing crease marks effectively. This design also favors open width dyeing so as to simplify the production process. The patented stainless steel storage chamber is capable of increasing the loading capacity, combining with the use of “CONJET” nozzle, sensitive fabric can be run smoothly without scratching and snapping. The surface quality of fabric is assured with minimized cycle time.

SYN 8 600 SUPER C The most advanced aerodynamic high temperature dyeing machine. It has individual blower per tube. The pressure loss due to re- sistance can be much minimized by eliminating manifolds. Thus the efficiency is improved and there is significant reduction in energy usage. Traditionally, the dyeing and finishing processes of knitted fabric are conducted in rope-form and on diverse batch-wise dyeing ranges. Since 2006, GOLLER has become one of the members of CHTC Fong’s and been committed to the production, promotion and development of continuous open-width processing solutions for knitted fabric. Based on the endeavor in the last 10 years, GOLLER has witnessed its prominent evolution and progress and its market share has been kept increasing rapidly. As more and more customers have chosen GOLLER ranges, some of them have become our top-tier customers, who aspire to optimize the ranges’ specifications ceaselessly in order to make GOLLER ranges become more capable of processing knitted fabric ingeniously.

The newly-designed GOLLER washing compartment - SINTENSA CYCLONE TANDEM can reduce fabric’s running tension by means of the following two points.

By optimizing fabric’s running route. The optimized fabric’s running route and the increased cladding intensity of the driven rollers and driven drums can keep the speed of the running fabric in accord with the speed of driven rollers and driven drums, stabilize the processing conditions for fabric in the washing compartment and enhance the accuracy of synchronization so as to facilitate the minimization the running tension of fabric.

By the specially-designed rotor being installed on the driven drum (perforated). The rationale behind is that when the range is running, the rotor can rotates at different speeds under liquor and the high-speed water stirring of rotor can result in low pressure and thus achieving the suction effect of the running fabric. As a result of this, the problem of fabric-slipping can be avoided and the lower running tension can be resulted.

Stenter Frame Range with The Heat Recovery “Eco Booster” System

APPLICATION: all types of fabrics for dry and heat setting process.

The MONTEX 6500 of Monforts Fong’s Textile Machinery Co. adopts technology originated from the cutting-edge technology of the A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. Twin air technology allows top and bottom airflow to be regulated separately. The Integrated exhaust duct saves extra ducting works on top of the chamber roof; CAD Stream nozzles allow uniform distribution of hot air resulting in even temperature across the fabric.

Besides the standard type of CAD Stream nozzles, there are also:

CAD Stream E C The air outlet opening width could be adjusted in steps to adapt the fabric width for nominal width 260cm or above. Nominal width could be adjusted to 180cm

Programmable logic process controller (PLC) - Its expandable and adaptable features could cope with all practical tasks arising in modern textile finishing. It has features of “programmable control functions”, “operation of the range via panels along the machine”, “storage of setup data sets”, “Integration of setting values for measuring and control devices”, “batch management”,“network interfacing”, “automatic nozzle pressure control”, etc.This PLC system also can work with our Q-Soft Central process control system (software) for production planning and documentation with a central interface. All process data can be stored in a standard database (ODBC = Open Data Base Connectivity) where all setting values and actual values are filed with read and write access features. Three levels of network interfacing are possible: i) Interfacing to your network, ii) output to a PC with graphic presentation (Monforlogic) and iii) interfacing with a process control system to include machines from other manufacturers as well.

Besides, the new heat recovery device “ECO BOOSTER” as an integrated option for the MONTEX 6500 which fits for the growing awareness towards further reduction on energy consumption. Low maintenance and no standstill times, automatic cleaning processes, are the key features of this new “ECO BOOSTER”. Also, the new cleaning system “Disc-OClean” rotary screen lint filter is a fully automated cleaning system for the front chambers where most lint occurs, hence, it ensures a consistently high performance of Montex 6500 stenter.

XORELLA’s XO-Series energy saving vacuum conditioning and heat setting machines has been well used in improving the quality of yarn and also heat setting of garment. Monforts will present its latest Timatec modules for coating. The recently acquired Timatec Company has already resulted in first orders from Italy, Germany, Mexico and Colombia.

Haijia Machinery has made great efforts in product development and promotion. It has launched 300 series (851 series & 873 series), 400 series (408, 410 and 412 series), and 8100 series, among which 8100 series is the latest one produced after October, 2016, and will be promoted in technology, while the relatively mature 300 series and 400 series will be adjusted in order to meet the needs of different customers.

In the upcoming exhibition, Haijia Machinery will exhibit HJ-412 and HJ-8100 series water jet looms. HJ-8100 series water jet loom adopts integrated design of wall board with more optimized design in the frame part, to make the frame more stable, more ef- ficient and better in fabric quality. Its optimized beating-up designing makes beating-up more stable and suitable for the fabric with high-density and higher speed. The top speed can reach 1400 RPM, and the highest weft density can be up to 82 shuttle/cm (208 per inch) for 75D fabric.

Technical parameters are as follows. Nominal reed space covers 150, 170, 190, 210, 230, 280, 300, 320, 340 and 360. The effective width is divided into standard width of 0- -500mm, and optional width of 0- -700mm. The quantity of nozzle covers single nozzle, double nozzle, three nozzle and four nozzle. The openings ways include plain, cam, dobby and jacquard way.

It took FOUND 3 years to develop and introduce a new generation of high efficiency, energy saving, open width washing machine after printing. With a modular design, it is suitable for washing after dyeing, pre-shrunk washing and efficient washing after printing, and various washing process. It can be combined flexiblely for different process requirements and reach optimal configuration.

It can meet the washing requirements for various fabric (cotton, and cotton ammonia, and fiber, and cashmere class, grams heavy range is 80-600GSM), particularly in the washing process after dyeing and after printing, greatly saving water and steam cost. At the same time, better equipment structure and design improve the washing quality of fabric and provide strong support to customers for participating in market competitions.
