Status Quo， Problems and Thinking of Economy and Trade Cooperation

between China and Russia

Abstract：China is close to Russia and they have a similar development strategy. However， their long-term bilateral relation often manifests the situation of “hot politics and cold economy”，and the potential of their economic and trade cooperation has not yet been released in full. As the outbreak of Ukraine crisis， western sanctions against Russia， the choice of Russian “east” development strategy， the new norm of China′s economy and the raising of “One Belt And One Road” in 2013， especially under the background of the silk road economic belt and the Eurasian economic union joint cooperation， all of above new situations give the cooperation between China and Russia in economy and trade a new requirement and opportunity. This paper uses an entry point that the new background of the economy and trade cooperation between China and Russia to analyze the status quo， problems and difficulties of them， and puts forward some ideas about deepening the cooperation of the two countries in economy and trade.
