Ⅲ级产前超声检查在基层医院应用的探讨

【摘要】 目的 研究Ⅲ级产前超声检查在基层医院的应用。方法 将我科室有超声经验的医师送开展III产前超声检查早、经验丰富的三级甲等医院进修Ⅲ级产前超声检查半年，使用Voluson E8彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行Ⅲ级产前超声检查，对可疑病例进行转诊制度。统计2010年1月至2011年10月Ⅲ级产前超声缺陷胎儿的检出率，并和2008年1月至2009年12月I～Ⅱ级产前超声缺陷胎儿的检出率相比较。结果 2008年1月至2009年12月我院缺陷胎儿的检出率是4.51‰，2010年1月至2011年10月月缺陷胎儿的检出率为13.76‰。自我院2010年开展Ⅲ级产前超声检查以来，2010年1月至2011年10月来我院的4767名孕妇中有3923名愿意在我院接受Ⅲ级产前超声检查，共检出异常病例58例，转诊确诊病例54例，其中多发畸形7例，颅脑神经管畸形5例，颜面畸形7例，心脏异常12例，肺囊腺瘤1例，消化系统畸形2例，泌尿系统畸形6例，肢体发育畸形5例，脊柱裂3例，胸腹水2例，脐带发育异常2例，淋巴管水肿2例。结论 基层医院开展Ⅲ级产前超声检查让更多的基层孕妇可以在合适的孕周内享受Ⅲ级产前超声检查，减轻上级医院的门诊压力，并可以大大降低基层出生缺陷率。

【Abstract】 Objective Study of class III prenatal ultrasound in basic level hospital application. Methods Experienced three level hospital of learning III prenatal ultrasound during the first half of the year, use a super voice diagnosis instrument of much more colorful Pu Lei of Voluson E8 to carry on a check, statistics to check a rate for January 2008 to 2009 December months, toward come to my hospital to accept a super voice of prenatal period forJanuary 2010 to 2011 October months check of 5058 pregnant women(20~24 Ws) tell me the section go a super voice of III class prenatal period now check, carry on turning to diagnose system to the suspicious case, and to their will the still just upper grade hospital check carry on a survey at the grassroots hospital. Results January 2008 to 2009 December months I hospital baby abnormal of check a rate was 4.51 ‰, January 2010 to 2011 October defects in the fetus detection rate was 13.76 ‰, Since our hospital in 2010 to carry out III class prenatal ultrasound check since， have in 4767 pregnant women 3923 would like to accept a super voice of III class prenatal period in my hospital check, this totally checks an excrescent case 58, turn and diagnose a confirmed case 54, deliver abnormal among them 7 more, Lu brain nerve tube the abnormal was 5, the facial abnormal was 7, heart abnormality 12, lung bag the gland lump was 1, the digestive system abnormal was 2, urinary system the abnormal was 6, the body develops abnormal 5, the spinal column splits 3, chest and belly water was 2, the navel string develops abnormality 2, the lymphoid tube dropsy was 2.Conclusion III class prenatal period super voice the check develop in the prenatal period to diagnose a baby at the grassroots hospital there is important function in the abnormal, can consumedly lower basic birth blemish rate and lower the outpatient service pressure of upper grade hospital, make more pregnant women able to with in the week enjoy a super voice of III class prenatal period in the suitable Yun a check.
