摘 要 力量是一切运动的动力源泉。篮球运动员的力量训练不仅是为了提高运动员的速度、弹跳等运动速度,而且是为了在身体对抗中取得空间位置矛和身体平衡的优势。所以力量训练是篮球运动员身体素质中的首要素质,是运动员掌握运动技能,提高运动成绩的基础。也对其他素质的提高起着重要作用。

一、关于力量训练

人体的任何活动离不开肌肉的收缩力量,它维持着人体的基础生活能力。丧失肌肉活动力量的人,生活将无法自理。当本人从事体育运动时,则需要特殊的肌肉力量能力,这些特殊的肌肉能力是通过运动训练获得的。它是掌握运动技能、技巧,提高运动成绩的最重要的基础。

所谓力量素质是指人的机体或机体的某一部分肌肉工作(收缩和舒张)时克服内外阻力的能力。外部阻力是指物体的重量、支撑反作用力、摩擦力以及空气或水的阻力等。内部阻力包括肌肉的粘滞力、关节的加固力及各肌肉间的对抗力等。外部阻力往往是发展力龄素质的手段,人体在克服这些阻力中提高、发展自身的力量素质。

二、力量训练的重要性

篮球运动是一项集力量、速度、耐力和技巧于一体的综合性体育项目。它是通过在赛场上队员的位置分工。配合,在实战对抗中体现出来的一门充满集体智慧的运动艺术。对篮球运动员来讲,掌握战术、培养意识,在比赛中能把平时的训练水平发挥出来,身体素质是支持运动员发挥竞技水平的基础,而在身体接触频繁、对抗激烈的篮球比赛中,力量是身体素质的“基础”,缺少应有的力量,也就缺少了竞争的本领。但是,多数教练员和运动员经常会疏忽了对力量训练的重视,因为他们不会像对待技战术训练一样,制定长期的力量训练计划。同志在《体育之研究》一文里提出“野蛮其体魄”的论点返朴归真地证明了体育的内在规律,力量在“体魄”中无疑是最重要的.在篮球运动中,力量训练的重要性,主要从以下两个方面来谈:

(一)力量训练是维持进攻和防守的基本动力

篮球是“巨人的空间游戏”。当今中学生篮球的发展现状和趋势是:高、快、准、全、变和女篮男篮化。进攻是呈立体化的,对抗异常激烈。进攻和防守是矛和盾的较量,力量是关系着这一场胜负的重要因素。

进攻技术可归纳为移动、传接球、运球、投篮、抢篮板以及身体对抗。比赛中,在对手的严密防守、冲撞之下,要完成一个有效的进攻动作,首先要具备良好的腿部爆发力,具备能够使肌肉纤维从初级运动水平状态突升到快速收缩状态的能力,产生强大的力量流,使身体移动快速连贯、动作有效;其次,上肢力量特别是前臂、手腕手指的力量决定传球和投篮的质量,尤其是长距离的传球和投篮;第三,强健有力的腰腹力量是衔接上下肢的中枢力量,关系到身体的协调性、灵活性和柔韧性。在身体对抗、跳起投篮、闪躲对手时的作用体现得很明显。此外,足弓的弹性力量和踝关节的韧带力量是立体进攻的重要支点,立体化进攻是依靠出色的弹跳力来维持的。

防守技术可归纳为移动、抢断、封盖、抢篮板以及身体对抗。相对进攻而言,防守始终是被动的。要判断进攻方的意图和跟随对方的动作。防守方的身体要比对方紧张,腿部和腰腹力量消耗会更多,体力下降也快。“行百里则半九十”这句话可以来形容比赛进入最后几分钟的体力与力量消耗的状况,在体力消耗巨大的比赛最后阶段,力量就是决定对抗胜负的关键。

基础力量的训练水平是在比赛中获得和对手对抗的能力的重要条件之一,加强中学生身体素质训练时应把目光重点投向力量训练,注重肌肉力量的发展水平状况,增强对抗的能力,才能在与实力相当的对手交手中抢得优先权。

(二)力量训练是防护易受伤部位的屏障

高水平、快节奏的篮球比赛带给运动员许多伤病。伤病产生的主要原因是身体对抗频繁、肌肉紧张疲劳等因素,以至形成运动员受伤、恢复、再受伤的恶性循环。而伤病的结果往往会使运动员有运动心理障碍、状态低迷或不得不暂离赛场,甚至迫使运动员提前退役。许多业内人士对专业运动员的运动损伤做了跟踪调查、分析。结果表明:篮球运动员经常也最容易受伤的部位主要集中在踝关节、膝关节、腿部肌肉、腰部、肩关节、手腕手指关节等部位,此外还有腹股沟、脚趾、臀部等部位的受伤也比较常见。

因此,需要中学生加强肌肉爆发力和耐力的训练,通过长期的科学训练来提高肌纤维的收张能、韧带的弹性和肌肉韧带的持久力,优化组合肌肉纤维,提高工作效率,减轻关节和力量薄弱部位的运动负担。运动训练表明:当整块肌肉中的肌纤维被动员起来,肌肉表现出最大的收缩。训练水平低的运动员只能动员60%的肌纤维参加工作,而训练水平高的运动员参加工作的肌纤维可达90%以上。众多的肌纤维参与工作,可使肌肉不易产生疲劳,对外界的应激能够产生强有力的抗衡,保护肌肉或关节韧带在身体碰撞中或发生意外时不易受伤。
