【摘 要】徽派古民居特别是被列入世界文化遗产名录的皖南古村落――西递、宏村，无论是造型、装饰，还是环境设计、总体规划，无一不展示了我国悠久的传统文化。其建筑艺术所蕴含的人文性和所体现的生态化特点以及独特的审美价值等，不仅给后人留下了一笔珍贵的世界文化遗产，而且对现代建筑设计具有重要的借鉴意义：一是建筑的恢弘、壮观及安全使用；二是建筑的人文色彩及装饰美；三是建筑环境设计的园林情调；四是建筑规划上的仿生学的运用。
