Research on the Construction of Pan―counselors

Abstract. Domestic college counselors are generally facing the situation of low-level occupation commitment， obvious professional plight， development limited and high incidence of burnout. The fundamental way to solve these problems is to change the present system of counselors， constructing pan-counselors including faculty counselors， full-time professional counselors， part-time professional counselors， headmasters， ideological and political theory teachers and outsource companies staff.

1. Introduction

Counselors are an important part of teachers in Colleges and universities， are the backbone of Ideological and political education of college students is the most grass-roots staff， the complex administrative system， maintains the university scientific research， teaching， management， social service work. For a long time， counselors made indelible contributions to the stability and development of colleges and universities， we should pay more attention to the school level， development of counselors should be brought into the school's overall development strategy for the overall consideration， from a certain sense， the construction of college counselors performance represents the degree of concern for students' development work， counselor's personal development represents the conscience， but unfortunately， the working ability and comprehensive quality in Colleges and universities the rise above the common herd staff group team is currently faced with the dilemma， have aroused.

2. The present situation of counselor team

2.1 The occupation commitment is low

3. Strengthen the counselor team construction
