While you’re counting down the days to a relaxing time off from school， the boys of Big Time Rush are gearing up[促进；准备好] for the biggest summer yet―which they’ll be spending wrapping up[完成，结束] their fourth season， finishing their new album， and hitting the road with Victoria Justice. They’re calling it the Summer Break Tour， but it sure won’t be much of a break for the band―not that they seem to mind！

We caught up with Kendall， James， Carlos， and Logan to find out what to expect from their new album and what’s keeping them busy these days.

Q： What can you tell us about your tour？

James Maslow： We just announced we go on tour June 21st starting in California， here in our hometown， and we’re traveling to 38 cities across the U.S. We’ll see how it goes from there！

Q： What are you most excited about？

Carlos Pena： We have Victoria Justice joining us and we’re super， super excited.

She is super talented and I think she’s gonna bring a new element[元素] to our show from what we had last year.

Q： You have season four coming up. When do you start filming？

Logan Henderson： We’re actually almost done！ We have one more major episode[集] left and that will pretty much wrap up the season. We had a lot of fun doing it， a lot of new guest stars， and it’s been pretty interesting. It’s definitely， probably， our best season yet.

Q： Of all the guest stars on the show， who’s been a personal favorite？

Kendall Schmidt： It was really cool having Snoop Dogg注1 on set[在现场] and I don’t think we ever anticipated[期望] that on this television show we would have Snoop Dogg be on it， let alone do a song with him. Also having Jon Stewart注2 on the show was pretty cool. That’s coming up this season. We’re all big fans of him and he did little snippets[片断] for us.

我们找来了肯德尔、詹姆斯、卡洛斯和洛根，看看他们的新专辑有什么亮点，以及近来他们在忙些什么。

问：跟我们说说你们的巡回演唱会吧。

詹姆斯・马斯洛：我们刚刚宣布演唱会将从6月21日开始，第一站是加利福尼亚，我们的家乡，随后我们会到美国的38个城市表演。让我们拭目以待吧！

问：最让你们兴奋的是什么？

卡洛斯・佩纳：维多利亚・贾斯蒂斯将会加入我们的队伍，我们超级兴奋。她超有才华，我想她会为我们的演唱会带来和去年不一样的新元素。

问：（电视剧）第四季即将播出，你们什么时候开始拍摄呢？

洛根・亨德森：事实上我们差不多拍完了！我们还剩下一集左右，之后这一季就基本结束了。拍摄过程很好玩，我们有很多新的客串嘉宾，很有趣呢。这绝对是，很有可能是我们最好的一季。

问：在所有客串嘉宾当中，有没有你们自己特别喜欢的呢？

肯德尔・施密特：能请史努比狗狗来到现场真是酷极了。在我看来，我们从来没想过这档电视节目能请来史努比狗狗，更不用说和他合唱一曲了。请到乔恩・斯图尔特也很酷――这一季就能看到了。我们都是他的铁杆粉丝，他为我们录制了几个片段。

Q： How would you describe the sound of your new album？

Henderson： You’re going to see a lot of these songs coming from more of a real place. You’ll definitely see a growth and a level of maturity[成熟] from us that you’d haven’t really gotten to see as much in the past.

Q： What else are you guys doing this summer other than touring？

Henderson： We have the album， the tour， and the show. What else do you want from us？！ （laughs）

Q： Your tour is called the Summer Break Tour， but will you be able to take your own summer vacation， too？

Maslow： We have a lot of fun on tour， so that’s kind of like vacation for us. Whenever we’re at a beach city， we’re out， or a big city， we’re out， so that’ll be fun.

问：你们怎样评价新专辑的声音呢？

亨德森：你将看到里面的很多歌曲来得更真实。你肯定会看到我们有了前所未有的成长，在成熟度上也达到了一个新的水平。

问：你们这个夏天除了巡回演唱会，还有什么其他事情要做呢？

亨德森：我们有专辑、巡回演出和电视剧，你还想我们怎样？！（笑）

问：你们的巡回演出叫做“暑假巡游”，但你们能过上自己的暑假吗？

马斯洛：我们在巡回演出中一向玩得很开心，所以对我们来说，那就有点儿类似放假了。我们一到海滨城市就会出去玩，或者到大城市也会出去玩，所以会很好玩呢。

剧中角色介绍

洛根（ Logan）

洛根是队里最聪明的一个。只要他在，大家的功课就不用愁了。他很聪明，但绝对不是书呆子，只是有点较真而已。遇到麻烦总是洛根挺身而出。另外，他在节奏口技方面很有天赋。

詹姆斯（ James）

詹姆斯一心只想出名。他胸怀大志，信心十足，甚至有点自大。如果队里产生分歧，解决方法很简单，就是按他说的做。另外，他很注重自己的外表。

肯德尔（ Kendall）

肯德尔是这群人中头脑最冷静的一个，也是乐队的领头人，但他似乎没有把全部心思放在乐队上。有时候，他宁愿玩冰上曲棍球，或者和朋友出去玩。他对待生活的态度有点随意，不喜欢有压力。

卡洛斯（ Carlos）

卡洛斯总是让人忍俊不禁！他是个无忧无虑的家伙，还有点迷信，经常戴着一顶怪怪的球帽。
