【Abstract】The Internet has become an important channel for college students to acquire knowledge and information. However, network has a negative effect on their healthy growth. The chord-network alienation arises, which is incoordinated with the rapid development of computer network technology. Based on the analysis of network alienation effect on college students’ mental health, this paper put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures from three aspects.

【Key words】Network alienation;Mental health;Countermeasure of ideological and political education

The emergence of computer network technology has crucial significance; it brings the information revolution of human, produce a profound influence for people's life and work. According to China Internet Network Development State Statistic Report latest published by China Internet network information center (CNNIC) in January 2014 shows: “By the end of December 2013, the number of Chinese Internet users has reached 618 million.” Most of them are college students. Thus it can be seen that college students are the main force of China’s netizens. For all this, reducing impact of Network alienation on the mental health of college students and active protecting the psychological health of college students is the issuers that we should concern in the ideological and political education work.

1 The connotation of Internet alienation

Internet alienation refers to people created the network, Internet should be controlled by people and benefits to people, but due to various factors of interference, it is predominated and becomes dissident force for human, becoming the strength to control, rule and dominate people. In this new era of network, people depend on network technology greatly exceeded the expectations, unknowingly get themselves into the net weaved by their own, nor have they aware that they are controlled and dominated by network in the process that they attempt to dominate the network.

2 The impact of Network alienation on the mental health of college students

2.1 College students’ self-awareness weaken

College students’ self-awareness is in the period that gradually becomes mature and has not yet fully mature. Compared with college students in the past, their self-awareness have greatly improved. But because their psychological maturity and practical ability often conflict with the pursuit of goals and reality, leading to them fall into variety of errors in self-development as well as the level of their self-awareness increased significantly. College students are eager to learn and easy to accept new things, the vast amounts of material, pleasant music, vivid and colorful images and variety of online games in network are the great temptation for them, thus they are firmly captured. Many college students are guided by network unconsciously after opening network links one after another in continuously. Some college students even produce a strong psychological dependence on network, suffer from "Internet addiction", leading to lost control of themselves. The richness of network information easily leads to over-expansion and overflow of information, which also makes some students who have poor discrimination and self-control lose their subjectivity on value judgments and value choices.

2.2 College students lack realistic sense of responsibility

Network alienation, to some extent, weakens the social responsibility of college students. The behaviour of people on the Internet, unless there is an obvious crime trends would be investigated by public security organ, the general immoral behavior is hard to be held accountable, so this kind of things is easy to occur in the network world. Social harm and economic loss caused by hackers is known to all of us. Hackers have a lot success, the emergence of this phenomenon, in fact, reflects a kind of “anti-social resolution” uproar. Those who make network virus, or attack others’ site by illegal means, sometimes just to show their ability that they can easily break the obstacles setting up in network. In addition, college students who indulge in the world of internet often ignore the responsibilities and obligations in real life, the large temptation of online world at least cut down the devotion to the reality responsibility and obligation of university students in time.

3 Sublate network alienation, improve the psychological quality of college students

3.1 Improve ideological and political educators’ network management ability

To better suit the complex environment of network, ideological and political educators must start from their own, learn and master the advanced management theory, constantly improve their own management quality. Educators should abandon the traditional dogmatic management mode, instead, advocate humanity management mode. Make the students realize the gap between virtual and reality society by organizing students to discuss network real case and write discussion summary, carry out the debate and social practice etc. Educate college students on realistic social responsibility, online and offline. Further more, educators should acknowledge and respect the students' subject value, master the communication skills and knowledge in order to improve the skills of communication with the students and strengthen the communication effect.

3.2 Improve the information literacy of ideological and political education objects

Information literacy is the modern social citizen’s basic quality, it is not only an important indicator for evaluating college students’ comprehensive quality, but also the personal basic survival ability in information age and the foundation and motivation of social development. Therefore, we must carry out information literacy education to improve the college students’ ability of selection and use of network information. Only improve college students' information literacy, can college students’ autonomous learning attitude and scientific learning method be cultivated, make them have a strong sense of social responsibility and participation, and make them choose and use in high-quality goods and defective goods or between the essence and dross according to their own interests, hobbies and demand, etc. At the premise of maintaining people’s fundamental interests, take precedence over choice anduse of the most valuable network information for one’s own, take initiative to adapt to the development of network society. Otherwise, they will be thrown into a passive position in the situation that network information technology updates quickly and information changes rapidly, even may occur new alienation phenomenon.

3.3 Optimize the network environment of ideological and political education

Diverse social network information, network environment is complicated, but a person’s ability and energy is limited. The information is too much, and Internet is flooded with intermingled information, this makes college students appear confused, leading to they thinking way disorder, and unwilling to think independently in the process of selecting network information, thus have dependence on the network information as time passes. Therefore, we must adhere to the correct political orientation, in the premise of advocating the healthy culture, organize, adjust, update and optimize network information in time according to the needs of college students. Classify and integrate the useful network information and delete the useless information to create a lively, personality, open and tolerant network information environment. Don't let network information overflow, promote network information be fine, make useful network information accumulate in the brain, transmit in the society, and develop in international communication.
