Statement on Curricula of Post-baccalaureate Bachelor Degree in the Second Specialty

Abstract Under the promotion of the dilemma faced by colleges of science and technology as well as the new-round adjustment and upgrading of industrial structures in Taiwan district， the “Ministry of Education” of Taiwan district proposed the project of “post-baccalaureate bachelor degree in the second specialty”. The purposes of the curricula are to improve students’ career competitiveness as well as promote the employment and industrial production capability. In its implementation， it presents some characteristics including focusing on integration of cross-faculties teaching resources， learning flexible and highlighting the practical curriculum. In its three years' development， there are setbacks and criticism， but the enlightenment also exists.
