Abstract: The effective coordination of enterprise information resources is maintaining its consistency, integrity and efficient utilization of inevitable requirement, but also is the main means to solve the information resource content and structure is becoming more and more diversified and complex. To realize the effective and efficient means of information coordination is the standardization of information resources, structured and hierarchical organization and management. This article first discusses the necessity of enterprise system integration, and put forward the basic principle of the integrated system. For the corresponding implementation method, this paper studied the enterprise information system integration framework based on message, overall design, system access and the message interaction design and data integration model design, to explore the access instant feasible scheme of information sharing between enterprises and internal data and external between enterprise and enterprise.

0 Introductions

The birth of enterprise informatization presents new challenges and tasks to information technology. The integration of an enterprise system is system engineering optimize network platform that combine hardware system, software system according to the application demand, calculation model and system structure of certain. The system of enterprise information system integration is that according to the requirements of enterprise strategy, the choice of reasonable to market all or self-developed technology and products, the calculation model and system structure suitable for enterprise development, and the structure optimization integration scheme configuration on a variety of hardware and software system. The enterprise information system coordination management is the management principle to the organization operation management through information technology, collaborative management of information technology infrastructure is the enterprise information system. That is to say the information technology is collaborative communication method in enterprise information system implementation management. This kind of communication is realized through a certain way of expression, the way is the information acquisition, transfer, cognitive, control, decision-making, intelligence and information and system optimization organization. The motion information in the information system is a complex process.

1 The integration principle of enterprise information system

The enterprise information system may meet all conceivable and inconceivable in the integration process. In order to ensure the smooth process of the integration and reduce the losses, based on previous experience, the paper summarizes some methods and principles, reference for integrated project. The enterprise information system integration principles must be from two aspects of management and technology. From the management point of view, the project management to be scientific, process to guide the system integrated with management, performance evaluation method is used to evaluate the result of integration of science. Information industry is a technology intensive, information systems integration projects often encounter needs changing, technology updates and the environment changes quickly, the frequent movement of personnel and so on, so the information system integration industry needs more scientific and standardized project management. Only the information system integrate the implementation of project management, then we can standardize the project requirements, reduce project cost, shorten the project duration, project quality assurance information.

1.1 Integrated management principles

From a management point of view, management of information system integration project should be following aspects:

(1) The project feasibility study in certain tissues, no feasibility study to complete the project, a project is not formally started. Many companies there will be a lot of problems at the time of project feasibility study. In this regard, stage division and functions first we must have a correct understanding of the feasibility study. Secondly, we carry out feasibility studies on according to the requirements, to correctly determine the basis. Third, we should adopt scientific methods and advanced technology. Fourth, should establish a scientific decision system and management mechanism.

(2) The start-up phase of project. Project startup stage need to define the work objectives and tasks; get the boss or senior management support; set up outstanding project team; prepare sufficient resources; establish good communication; positive response to customer for proper monitoring and feedback.

(3) The project planning stage. The project will be broken for the management activities, which is what we usually say. Through we study the project objective, determine the work is divided into several parts, from top to bottom will be big part is decomposed into a hierarchy, each element is then broken down into sub components, step by step, until you can assign homework and monitoring. The project schedule is set for the start of each activity and completion time. If the start and finish time is not realistic, the project can not be completed as scheduled. A certain risk with uncertainty, the potential risk is in the project management activities or events in the negative, the project management personnel do not want the consequences.

(4) The project implementation stage. The project implementation stage is mainly the progress control, cost control and quality control. 1.2 Principle of integrated technology

From the integrated technology, system should be standardized, structured and advanced. The concept of standardization is "in economy, technology, science and management, social practice, to improved products, processes and services, to prevent the trade barriers, promote technical cooperation, promote the maximum benefit society as the objective, the concept of repetitive things to achieve unity through the development, publication and the implementation of standards, to process, get the best order and efficiency". The system uses standard must be an open system, only the open system, can more satisfy system portability, scalability and stability. Structured systems analysis and design is developed in the proposed by D.J et al. based on structured program design thought. It is development method of systematic, structured and top-down. The basic idea is to use methods of engineering idea and system, the user supreme principle, structured, modular, top-down analysis and design of information system. Specifically, is the first of the information system development process is divided into several relatively independent stages, such as system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation. In the first three stages are top-down methods in the system structural division. In the system of investigation or straighten out the management business, from top management business start, gradually to the most grass-roots. In the analysis, put forward the new system and the system design, first consider the optimization of the whole system, and then consider the optimization problem of partial. At the stage of system implementation, should adhere to the bottom-up gradually implemented. Advanced system includes the advanced and future aspects of the two advanced meaning. The enterprise information system integration, not only to consider whether the enterprise and strategic goal is consistent, but also to join the development of enterprise information system can maintain the advanced nature of certain to support the enterprises in the next period of time.

2 The overall design of the system

System integration framework is mainly composed of a base layer, logic layer and management layer, control layer based on management division technology, as shown in figure 1.

(1) Base layer. It consisted of a subsystem of enterprise application integration object. These subsystems are controlled by the integrated logic layer, under the jurisdiction of the local control management, and provide a variety of data sources for management.

(2) Integrated logic layer. Control by the integration of the gradient information protocol and service routine components.

(3) Integrated management layer. It mainly provide integrated management interface for users, “integrated management command interface and comprehensive” function.

3 System access and message interaction design

Corresponding system access and message interaction design is to achieve the main conditions of enterprise information integration system based on message passing.

3.1 The design of system access mechanism

You must configure the subsystem adapter and stub 2 integrated components, to complete the various subsystems to access integration system. As shown in figure 2.

(1) Adapter assembly in the subsystem is responsible for the integrated logic layer, and message transmission, message processing and data format conversion, and to complete the corresponding functions. (2) For the stub, representatives of each subsystem integration logic layer, mainly used to describe the system, receives the upper messages passed down, at the same time, the received message to upload report lower. For all subsystems, the stub has the same function, just according to the stub corresponding different parameter generation and each subsystem. When a sub system generation and be integrated, modifying the business knowledge base, will represent the system can complete the business functions and how to complete the service function of the corresponding business knowledge added, can realize the functions of subsystem.

3.2 Message exchange mechanism

Integrated logic layer in the middle is responsible for receiving the command message. The data message, message, and receives the base layer subsystems send event messages, data messages such as news, all the news received as input message queue, the message protocol and specific system function on the input messages in the queue for processing and interpretation, generation after processing the message queue, the processed message after routing queue formed after the output message queue, sent to the corresponding sub system, thus completing the system request and the upper command. 4 Conclusions

Realization of effective coordination of information resources is a system engineering, business collaboration platform not only can provide a synergistic processing universal function, to meet the needs of many business collaboration processing, but also need to be able to according to the requirements of the implementation. Therefore, the enterprise information resources collaborative implementation must rely on hierarchical, modular, standardized system design mode, at the same time; it is also the effective method to resolve the enterprise information resource integrity, security, consistency, expansibility, variability.

The enterprise information system integration is put forward in this paper based on message, can change due to the repeated data caused by inconsistent redundancy, decentralized data processing subsystems and run independently each other, available "information island" situation, meet the cross to reuse data "update data", timely access to the internal data and enterprise and the enterprise and external information sharing among the communication needs.
