Abstract. At present, under the new educational situation, higher vocational college students' ideological and political education has attracted more and more attention of the education department and the students’ parents. To strengthen and improve the students' ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is very significant, and it is urgent. In order to carry out ideological and political education work better, and to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, the actual effectiveness of ideological and political education must be strengthened. Based on the analysis of the current higher vocational college students' ideological and moral status and the reasons of these problems, the article put forward the ways and measures further to increase the validity of ideological and political education.

Up to now, the higher vocational colleges in China have developed rapidly for more than 10 years. More and more higher vocational colleges have sprung up, and they have accounted for more than half of the total higher education. The number of the students also accounted for more than half of the number of the college students. Higher vocational colleges both in number and the number of students has occupied half of higher education in our country, therefore, to strengthen and improve the students’ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is imminent. Good or bad of higher vocational college students' ideological and moral quality will directly relate to the success or failure of socialist modernization construction in China. Based on the analysis of the current higher vocational college students’ ideological and moral status, and the reasons of these problems, this article further discussed what are the effective ways should be taken to enhance the actual effect of students’ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.

1. the higher vocational college students’ ideological and moral status quo

1.1 Independent consciousness, enterprising consciousness and utilitarianism, pragmatism coexist.

At present, along with the speed of economic globalization speeding up, our country is further expanding opening to the outside world, and constantly improving the socialist market economy. This makes the employment channels and our country's social economic elements develop towards more and more diverse directions, and social competition is increasingly fierce. Under the influence of the external environment, people's thinking activities are becoming more independent, changeable, its differences are also gradually enhancing. This is very good to cultivate and set up the college students' independent consciousness and innovative consciousness, etc. However, in the school when they really met the competition of interests such as application for scholarships and grants, to join the Chinese Communist Party, etc., they showed strong utilitarian. Today, with the rapid development of market economy, people's material desires expansion, and pursuit of profit maximization, their hearts are gradually filled with only seeing the results, not the process of thinking. And, the fear is that as the builders and successors of the motherland in the future, college students also began to view everything as a measure of the material benefits, and their values are distorted, spiritual pursuit and commitment for them is no longer important. At present, the ideology of college students has been preference for utilitarianism and pragmatism. More and more intense social competition and increasing influence of network media make them began to learn how to foothold in the society. To attract more attention of the teachers and school leaders, they express and improve themselves in the school all the time. When the collective interests or the interests of others and personal interests conflict, they often put personal interests in the first place, and meet their own needs first as far as possible . They normally wouldn't do the things that do not benefit them. However, in order to gain their own interests, some students are occasionally at the cost of damage to the interests of others. They ignored the human and the cultivation of social virtue during the most wonderful moment in the life.

1.2 Unitary of value guidance and the diversiform of value orientation coexist.

Along with the further implementation of the opening-up policy, western values has been penetrated into our country, and the establishment of the socialist market economic system has made people recognize maximizing the interests and differences in the economic interest of the members, and the principle of equivalent exchange got popularity. Under the influence of double factors at home and abroad, patriotism, socialism, collectivism, the arduous struggle, as the main body of unitary value guidance suffered a huge impact, and that makes extremely profound changes have taken place in people's values. Under such a background, when the higher vocational college students go out of school, facing the outside world full of temptation, their value orientation will be subtle influenced. In the face of the trade-off between the individual and collective, between rights and obligations, between competition and cooperation, their value orientation presents diversified trend, and they began to appear deviation, even errors. They will gradually show wrong value orientation such as “Pay and reward should be equal. ” and “Heaven destroys those who don't look out for themselves” etc. And some people will damage the interests of others for their own interests. This kind of people lack value goals and value orientation.

1.3 Democratic consciousness, equal consciousness and ideal, faith coexist.

Today's higher vocational college students grow safely in the age of rising national status, rich material and democratic legal system. Such an environment caused great effect on them, and made them set up strong democracy consciousness, independent consciousness and equality consciousness. However, many students' political enthusiasm is not high, although the students actively want to close to the Party organization and submit to Party membership application, most of them lack the most basic understanding to the party, and don't know the real reason to join the Party. Many students even hold the utilitarian attitude to join the Party. They think they will find their jobs easier after becoming a Party member. Thus, when they meet the difficulties of going to school, high housing prices and employment difficulty, they will become confused, unable to identify the right direction, and then show the bad emotion and action.

Higher vocational college students’ state of mind illustrates that the ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges do not meet national goals, and still need to be strengthened and attached importance to.

2. the influence and restrict factors of higher vocational college students' ideological and political

education effectiveness.

2.1 The complex social environment has adverse effect on the students' ideological and political education.

Along with the further development of reform and opening up and the market economic system gradually established, our country has entered a new historical development period. At present, with the rapid development of economic globalization and informatization, Chinese and western cultural exchanges have begun to interpenetrate each other through the Internet. Individualism and competitive consciousness in western culture, which are attractive and seductive to Chinese students, were deeply loved by them. And the negative effect of market economy at present is more likely to induce students to produce bad behaviors such as money worship and hedonism.

2.2 The impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education to the students from the schools

The scale of the higher vocational education has developed very fast in recent years, but the connotation development hasn’t, especially the ideological and political education. At present, the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges still continues to use the original educational methods. There are many defects, such as the lack of teaching body, lack of practice, low quality of the students and inflexible educational methods, etc. It is obvious that the backward mode of education for young students now clearly has poor efficiency and that may even make students produce rebellious attitude or more serious phenomena.

2.3 The impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education from home education and students themselves

Nowadays, most of the students in higher vocational colleges are the only child at home; their parents grew up during the reformation and social changes. Therefore, in family education, they prefer a more open-minded way. The only child enjoys the caring from their parents at home, while suffering their indulgence. Students who grow up in such families often have the following characters: improper family education, effeminate personality, lax home education, reverse psychology by their special age, all of them bring great challenges to ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.

3. The effective way of ideological and political education for college students in higher vocational colleges

under the new situation

Now most of the students in higher vocational colleges are post-90’s generation, the characteristics they exhibit more reveal the importance of strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education work. On one hand, new era of socialist modernization construction managers and successors are the students from higher vocational colleges, Their ideological and political quality is closely related to success of socialist modernization ;on the other hand, although current situations of higher vocational college students ' ideological and political appears pluralism, their desire for the development of selves and desire to grow is the same, towards society in transition, they need help and guidance from aspects of school, work, emotional, and etc. Therefore, Ideological and political workers in higher vocational college should keep pace with the time, on the basis of accurately grasp the students ' characteristics, as well as codes of conduct, the ideological and political education should be more targeted, to cultivate excellent successors and builders for our country.

3.1 Building a high-quality contingent of students’ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

To improve students’ ideological and political education of college, a team is a guarantee. In order to guarantee the ideological and political education work can serve to good effect, our country has introduced a number of policies and measures, at present, the contingent set of ideological and political education of higher vocational college has more comprehensive results, but there are still low quality and fragmentation phenomena. If we want to comprehensively strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strive to build a high-quality, unity and harmony of ideological and political education team. Today's situation is challenging and full of opportunities, so according to the features of the students, we do a collaborate research on strategies to strengthen ideological and political education, pay most attention on an overall quality of ideological and political educators’ cultivation, and to establish a politically strong positive, and professional ideological and political education team.

3.2 Enriching students’ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

Contents of students ' ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should be guided by national regulations, put Socialist core value system into the whole process of personnel training in higher vocational education. We should pay high attention to the students' ideal and faith, legal education, professional ethics education, qualities of honest, law-abiding awareness, sense of responsibility and professionalism, and then we can train a group of high quality technical talents. Content of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is the essential elements required to include in all types of colleges and universities, also in conjunction with training objective of higher vocational colleges, highlighting the characteristics of the posts, thereby strengthening the professional ethics education, innovative education and vocational ideal education of the students.

3.3 Improving methods of students’ ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

Whether college students' ideological and political education is successful, the methodology is very important. Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should take a multi-channel approach, which has become an important means of actual effect of strengthening ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges. We should according to the law of education, students’ characteristics, and combined with the actual situation of cultivation goal in higher vocational education, based on ideological and political theory, with the Communist Party and Communist Youth League activities and campus culture as a platform, Strengthen psychological health education and counseling, to participate actively in vocational education and social activities, via the Internet platform for communication and exchange, to conduct ideological and political education work in a multi-channel way, making a multi-channel approach to education formed an organic whole, and then together, so that the methods and means for ideological and political education become richer and more complete.

4. Summary

in order to further strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education of students of higher vocational colleges, this paper argues that in our daily work and life, we should always stick to student-oriented, combination of democracy and rational principles of equality. In order to better achieve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, continuously improving the quality of ideological and political theory course teaching in the process of carrying out ideological and political education, playing its rightful role of ideological and political theory course, we must make full use of a useful tool---classroom. Find resources of ideological and political education in-depth, and try to bring the integration of ideological and political education into all aspects of students’ learning in higher vocational colleges. Through the introduction of advanced enterprise culture and combined with the rich learning environment in school, thereby creating a characteristic campus culture in vocational colleges, improving levels of campus culture, and create a superior learning environment; through joint efforts with related departments, full coordination of the relationship between school, family and society. To foster the committed, positive, exemplary abide by social morality and ethics, with a solid theoretical knowledge and professional skills high-quality specialized talents.
