Abstract. Based on our college students' entrepreneurship education present situation and the existing problems on the basis of the analysis， based on the ability of development and construction of its curriculum system， on the implementation of entrepreneurship education of university students in the ways and means for the exploration and the practice.

Essentially， entrepreneurship education is to cultivate students' awareness of entrepreneurship， entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial skills quality， educational activities， by means of student entrepreneurship ways and means of education， improve the comprehensive ability of students， to enable students to meet the needs of the society.

2 Chinese college students' entrepreneurship education and management problems

China University Students' entrepreneurship education is still in the initial stage， the theory and the practice research is not much， and universities have also constantly exploring entrepreneurship education methods， but there are still many problems：

2.1 the concept of entrepreneurial education is not clear. Most colleges are still confined to business entrepreneurship education practice， either keen student of organization carries out " business plan competition "， establish poineering center， can only make a few attention students achieved some remarkable results， most of the students are not involved， small coverage； either for all students regardless of the situation of unified opening career course， makes the business education becomes a mere formality， no substantial effect.
