Abstract：As the world's famous brand of jewelry and silverware， Tiffany & Co. is seen as the symbol of American design. Although the design style of Tiffany is constantly changing， the shadow of the "Art Nouveau" still can be found in Tiffany' s present products which is consistent with the style of the necklace designed by Louis comfort tiffany at that time. This article will combine the history and style of the "Art Nouveau"， from the perspectives of form， material， and emotion， to analyze the beauty of the "Art Nouveau" contained in Tiffany.

After nearly two centuries’development， Tiffany is still one of the best jewelry brands loved by people today. Why？ We all need to think this question. Many works of Tiffany are defined as "classic". Indeed， no matter in which era， people are always amazed by the work of Tiffany. Tiffany never follow the footsteps of fashion， and the same. It becomes the pronoun of fashion with its own special concise， clear， and the feature of United States. And now we can still find the shadow of "Art Nouveau" movement in some products of Tiffany. In a word， With the combination of their brand tradition and the contemporary spirit， Tiffany makes itself influence the world deeply.
In the following section， this article will analyze the beauty of "Art Nouveau" in Tiffany from the angle of shape， material and emotion. Tiffany reflects the beauty of the "Art Nouveau" not in the appearance but in the deeper and more essential aspects. It also inspires the emotion of consumers. Therefore， Tiffany can be love and admired by people around the world.
1. The beauty of form： take from nature， return to nature
In order to analyze the beauty of "Art Nouveau" in Tiffany， I’ll take the following Dragonfly pendant as an example. It’s obviously that we can all identify the dragonfly from the appearance. However， it’s not the sample mechanical imitation of the nature dragonfly， but the simplification and abstract.
Because of catching the morphological characteristics of dragonfly， people can tell this is a dragonfly once they see it. Wings extending upward show a move feeling， just like this dragonfly will fly out of your hands， bringing you back to the beautiful nature. It is consistent with many works of the "Art Nouveau". The positive and inner vitality is a symbol and manifestation of nature.
2. The beauty of material： natural material， exquisite craft
Material is the substantial foundation of the design art. Value the aesthetic property of material is an important feature of excellent design， and it is also one of the difference between design art and pure art.
The most proud jewelry products of Tiffany is the diamond series. Choosing high quality diamond， a natural material， makes people experience the unique and natural beauty of material itself. Besides， due to master the advanced faceted diamond cutting process， Tiffany has a more dazzling brilliance and brings a supreme glory to the one who owns it.
Different material shows different texture. When people' eyes focus on diamond ring series， the diamond express the unique color with the interaction of light. Performance process embodies the natural breath， and the results of performance reflects the colorful effect. The hard texture of diamond makes the product more concise and elegant. On the other hand， it shows us tender， delicate and emotional with the simple， flowing form and winding interwoven lines. Good sense makes tiffany become synonymous of excellent design. There's nobody doubt the charm of Tiffany. Besides， people show it more love and admire.
3. The beauty of emotion： touch the soul， collide the passion
"New art" artists tried to find some new things in terms of form. On one hand， they wanted to make a complete break with the old style. On the other hand， they also want to find a new form consistent with the time spirit of that time， meeting the demand of people in the new era. And why Tiffany is still loved and sought by many people today？ Maybe because it asides the superficial fashion of every age， on the deeper layer snooping the most sincere voice inside the heart， using their products to meet the most essential needs which has nothing to do with the trend of the Times.
