Abstract. Management is very important to every school, which can determine the failure and success of the school. The leaders of the school should use all kinds of teaching forces and carry out reasonable management. We should play the role of the aged: invite them to give lectures for the university students; invite the excellent retired teachers to be consultants; give the retired teacher chance to take part in the activities of the school; visit the retired teachers and leader at festival. We should also arouse the motivation of the teachers and section leaders. We should offer good condition for the teachers and students to have a learning experience exchange: Invite advanced teacher to introduce studying experience; ask some outstanding students to instruct the studying experiences to the students. It will be good idea to try our best to hold various evening party, so as to their students’ capability.

1. Introduction

Management is very important to the school, which can determine the success and failure of the school. So the leader is the most important of the school, if the leader is strong, the school will become strong; the leader is attractive, the school will become attractive. So we can make good use of them and ask them for advice; So that, they can still work for the school to enhance the education quality.

2.1 Invite them to give lectures for the university students

The leader of the school can invite them to give lectures for the university students, and organize the students to listen to them. They will prepare very well for the lectures, as they have a lot of experiences, and their lectures will not only let the students learn all kind of knowledge and skill, but also teach the students how to be a good and useful person. Of course, before they come to give the lecture, they should prepare carefully, so as to make sure that their lecture will have good effect.

So that. They can entertain themselves and enjoy the warmth of the leaders in university; they can also communicate with the teachers while they are travelling. They will give a lot of valuable experiences to the other teachers subconsciously. At the end of the term, sometimes, the university will have dinner party. It will be good idea to invite the aged teachers to join in, so that they will feel the warmth and love that the school gives to them, and they will have more power to contribute their strength to the development of the school. When the school have a great evening party or sports meeting, we can also send them a message and let them know about it, and invite them to watch or join in the activities. So that, they retired teachers will feel happier and be willing share their experience or happiness with the other teachers in our school, 2.4 Visit the retired teachers and leaders at festival

The majority of retired veteran comrades are precious wealth of our school, they once contribute themselves to the construction and development of school, and they make painstaking efforts to teaching or management of the school. So they should be respected and have some right after they are retired.

At the forum, school leaders should inform of the main work of the university. And tell them the development and the changes of the school to the retired old teacher and the former leaders; have a cordial conversation with them, and on behalf of all the teachers to thank the old teachers for their contribution for development and construction of the school, ask about their living situation to show that the school still care about the lives of the retired teachers, give them worship, wish that they are in good health, good luck in everything, and sent condolences. The leaders of the school should welcome them to come back home as often as possible. Have a look at the universities, the students and the staff members, the leaders of the school recognize their contribution to the development of the university, the main work they have done over the years, the major achievements. After they retired, they will face some problems in life. The leaders of the universities should try to understand their situation and difficulties in life, and try to help them to solve them. 3. Arouse the motivation of the teachers

4. A learning experience exchange

Most of the time, a lot of students are very lazy, so the educator should try their best to train the students using all kinds of methods to arouse their motivation to study, and stimulate their desire to learn. So as to dig out their potential .so it will be good idea to hold a learning experience exchange, by doing this, the students can not only understand characteristics of the subjects, and learn the successful experience of the fellow students, the suitable for their own learning methods, and they also have the clear goal of their learning. We hope the students find their way forward through the exchange of experience, make up for their shortcomings and deficiencies, with the help of the teachers and students, make their own efforts, so that they will make great progress.

4.1 Invite advanced teacher to introduce studying experience

As the advanced teacher have a lot successful and fail experience, they will share a valuable learning experience with students。They will also tell the students the importance of reviewing before the examinations; they will instruct them how to prepare adequately; and clarify exact methods to go over the lessons according to different subjects; such as: in English, the teachers have their own successful experience. And they will give the students learning methods and skills in detail; tell them how to learn English; how to overcome the difficulties in learning, how to deal with learning and living problems, finally obtained various certificates. For the learning of English, he will tell the students that they should pay attention to the accumulation of vocabulary, do more reading, so as to enlarge their vocabulary and enhance their reading standards, catching every opportunity to communicate with others in English. He will also let the students know that if they want to master the foreign language the only way is to practice more, that is to say to listen more and speak more. The teachers will give them proper way to improve their English speaking and listening. Encourage them to listen to the English program on the radio persistently. If they do like that, they will pass the examinations successfully. Because at present most of the English Examinations focus on listening, reading, writing and translation. For example: CET 4, CET 6. If their spoken language is good, which will help them get high scores in writing; they will seldom make the mistakes in grammars. If the students do more reading, sometimes they will improve their reading comprehensions, as well as the ability to translate. In the interaction session, students will ask questions, teachers will answer questions in turn, this will make students feel benefit. The exchange of experience will not only provide a very good exchange platform for the teachers and students, but also stimulate the students’ determination and confidence to learn from teachers and excellent students.

4.2 Ask some outstanding students to instruct the studying experiences to the students.

So it is a good idea to invite them to introduce their own learning experiences. The outstanding students’ experience is easy for the students to imitate. Because they are in the same age, they have the similar dream and goal. So other students will feel more interested in their speech. And they will be eager to imitate the out standing ones. As a result, the successful students will urge them and influence other students deeply, and encourage them to study harder.

Some of the excellent students might not be very outstanding in the past, some of them have the record of low scores in some of their subjects, but later they achieve success in the end. Because of their efforts and persistence, most of the students are common students, they are not very excellent in the past and at present, every student have potential, as long as they begin to work hard, they will also become very successful too. The experience of the excellent students will give the other students power, and encourage them to study harder.

The excellent students will give their studying methods and strategy to the other students, so that they will benefit a lot from it, after that they will also make a plan to study harder , they will also do their best to use strategy to study, and try to catch up with the other students.

5. Hold various evening party

It is not enough for the university to teach the students only knowledge, It is the duty for the university to cultivate the students ability in all aspects. It is also very important to let the students healthy psychologically. At the Mid-Autumn Festival or New Year party, The actors’ beautiful dance, melodious songs from which we can see that the students love their motherland, love their lives, they will make great efforts to study harder and make their country more and more beautiful, and to make their dreams come true. When they perform, they will care about each other, play games, they communicate with each other in the process of playing the games, so that they will understand each other better, which will also help them build good relationship and cultivate their team spirit. The successful leaders of the school are good at making use of all kinds of teaching forces; they respect the talents, respect the knowledge and the skills. They try their best to play the role of people of all ranks in the school, let them gain the chance and play the role of themselves. So that, they will feel more encouraged and have motivation to work harder. As a result, the quality of the school will be improved.
