System Thinking of Folk Art and Region Synergy Development Taking Peasant Painti

Abstract. Folk art is an important part of traditional culture in our country. It has been watched closely and diverse views about its living conditions and development patterns. It is lack of correlation analysis of the nature about folk art and regional development. Based on synergetic theory and systems thinking to county Hu peasant paintings, for example, we raised that folk art should be back to life and advocated the view that folk art and regional economy, culture and social synergetic development. We hope to correct that the understanding of the folk art is pure culture or economic attribute. We put forward four countermeasures and suggestions

Folk art is a kind of art forms that formed in the long-term production and living conditions. It is the important part of national character. But in recent years, the traditional agricultural economy has been updated so that folk art gradually lost their survival and development of soil and many folk arts are declined or wither away.

The process of our country industrialization and urbanization are accelerated. People realize the urgency of protecting folk art, in the trend of cultural globalization intensifying and under the impact of a strong culture of the developed countries. We should accord to the scope of its spread, retained situation, factors such as industrial development suitable degree and take different measures to establish classification protection system for its development and protection. This paper discussed the suitable folk art for industrial development.

1. Concerning the research of the development of the folk art

1.1Research of folk art

Chinese scholars have done extensive research on folk art. Mainly focus on the following three aspects:

1.1.1The cultural and ecological study of folk art. Tang jialu (2005) resolved the link between the culture creation and the environment, by the concept of cultural ecology. He thinks that folk art and its living environment influence each other, with the survival environment of folk art to explain their own creation, development and inheritance[1]. That Liu guirong and Wang lihui (2011) thinks that folk art itself is thought to build its cultural ecology system that is also the way to solve the folk art survival plight of power and resources[2].

1.1.2 Folk art industrialization development research.Liu ang(2012)thinks that the cultural value of folk art can produce economic value that is the reconstruction of the value of folk art and folk art resources capitalization process[3]. Hu tianjun(2011) thinks accord to the characteristics of the folk art culture industry, analyzes the dynamic mechanism of industrialization of folk art and culture, taking folk culture industry of weifang city shandong province as an example, discusses the sustainable development of regional folk art culture industry pattern[4].

1.1.3 The protection and inheritance of folk art. Yan qinglai(2012) thinks digging to folk art resources on the one hand and restoring the true nature of folk art that should be original as the breakthrough point on the other hand. At the same time,we should be explicit the responsibility of the government, scholars and experts in the protection of folk art and cultural, respectively, the administrative guidance, education tradition, and the roles of resource development, etc.[5] Tian qian(2011) thinks that the protection of folk art is not only the specific preservation and maintenance, but also is to maintain and strengthen their internal vitality and enhance the ability of the sustainable development of its own[6].

These studies put forward opinions on the development of folk art from different perspectives. It is no doubt that has great significance to the development of folk art. However, these studies have ignored the inherent relationship between folk art and regional overall development. It influences the development of the area of from different sides on account of multiple attributes, Therefore, this article based on the essential attribute of the folk art, taked hu county as an example , carried on the thorough analysis and putted forward some suggestions on its development, we hope to provide the reference of the development of folk art for other regions, followed the rules of the development of folk art and putted into use synergetic theory and systems thinking.

2. Folk art and the synergic development of regional

2.1 Synergy Theory

Synergy theory is put forward in 1971 by a professor at the Stuttgart university in the federal republic of Germany. Synergy theory thinks that every system is made up of several related subsystems. System exchanges the matter or energy with the outside world constantly. Each subsystem shows the ordered structure in time, space and function spontaneously. All of the macroscopic ordered system is determined by its subsystems synergic effect, namely it is the result of the synergy that all system of macroscopic properties change.

Region is a large system, composed of many subsystems, such as economy, society, culture. Each subsystem has its own rules. They are competing with each other and promoting each other. Area is the open system with dissipative structure that exchange with the outside system with information, energy, and the substance. The stimulation from outside world for regional development is the self-organization, which system is an open system dependence on external environmental factors and the function. It can meet the requirements between folk art and regional development to use synergy theory to explore the relationship.

2.2 The theoretical analysis of folk art and regional synergic development

Folk art industry is a branch of cultural industry, its law of development in line with the cultural industry basic attribute. Cultural industry is a special industry of multiple attribute. Multiple attribute causes folk art is closely related with the different aspects of regional development.

Folk art industry and regional economy synergic development. It is a kind of valid path to protect and carry forward the folk art that folk art carry out industrialization and marketization road. The development of folk art industry takes place one way or the other economic relations with the production and consumption of cultural products or service, which could produce considerable economic benefits for the area. At the same time, through the marketization and industrialization can expand the scope of folk art for the protection of folk art itself has won a certain amount of capital accumulation.

Folk art industry and the Synergic development of regional culture. Culture is the most basic properties of cultural industry. “The so-called culture refers to the entire life movement essence of cultural industry that is about the production, distribution, dissemination and exchange which is satisfied with the spirit of human society development needs and realize the civilization of people to live ”[7] Development of folk art industry can promote the concept of regional folk art value. This is different from other parts of the spirit of temperament. At the same time, the development of culture spurred the sublation of folk art to absorb the good ingredients and slam the bad or inappropriate parts. We could update the folk art from the concept.

Folk art industry and the synergic development of regional society. Culture industry has sociality.Cultural products influence the main body of regional development subtly, which influence in all aspects of the regional development by ideology and behavior. The development of regional folk art industry can strengthen cultural identity, which enhance the cohesion between each other and contribute to the sustainable development of the economy. Culture has a high correlation with the life. We should connect folk art with the community and residents living which could promote the interactive development of them. At the same time, with development of the society, people get more information so that they have a a better expression for folk art.

3. The peasant paintings of hu county and synergetic development of region

3.1 Current situation of the development of the peasant paintings of county hu

In recent years, it has achieved preliminary results through various channels for the development and promotion of farmers painting. One way is industrialization of farmers painting for development by farmers painting exhibition hall. They built in 2003, "China hu county folk art supermarket". It provides a public platform to display and sells goods on a commission basis for the majority of folk arts practitioners. The second way is that they open the "one-day amorous feelings tour of hu county farmers painting China" tourist route, combined with the tourism industry. For another is that the masses of farmers are lukewarm for farmers painting industry. This performs in the low level of the public understanding of farmer paints so that the enthusiasm to join the farmer paints team is not high. The development of farmer paints is unsustainable without the participation and support of the masses. Secondly, the scale of industry is small. Currently, peasant paintings of county hu engaged in are family as the unit, which did not form the division of labor cooperation. Thirdly, industry chain is not complete. There is no associated with derivatives except farmers painting works. Fourthly, integration with other industries is low. In the organic area, subsystems of economy, society and culture influence each other, promote each other. To develop folk art industry has significant meaning to the promotion of the competitiveness of the region. We advocate the development of active elements of folk art about peasant paintings of county hu based on this thought. We should follow its own evolution about the development of folk art. Let the farmer paints return to the life of the masses which is the original location. The charm of folk art is not only its amazing process but also its spirit of works. County of hu should create an artistic atmosphere that is everyone loves and “could” painting and painting is a part of life. Cultural products focused on the experience and spiritual satisfaction of consumer. Visitors came into here. They want to see the farmer paints, and also want to see their life. We show them a pleasant way of life and the thick life breath. Let them enjoy a culture that is different from urban cultures by the sight, the understand, the appreciate and participation. Farmers painting works is the carrier of rural life and the souvenir after the visit. This is different from other parts of the cultural capital and the connotation of culture brand of county hu. Build the atmosphere is important to the development of farmer paints.

Synergy development of farmer paints industry and economy. Farmer paints industry needs the broad participation of the masses which can improve the residents' income and promote regional people's full employment. At the same time, it drives the development of relevant industries such as repast, tourism which can promote regional economy and industrial structure upgrade.

4. The development strategy of peasant paintings

of hu county

4.1 To create a development of ecological environment for farmers painting. We can promote it from three levels respectively. Firstly, landscape implements level.The plasticity and variability of hu county peasant paintings is very strong, so we can be pulled out of the peasant painting elements into the modern living environment.Secondly, institutional aspect. We should formulate supporting policy of the system, such as the construction of talent team, the expansion of industrial scale, the promotion of brand and the whole process of industrial development. Thirdly, spiritual temperament level. We can popularize the knowledge and education of farmers painting vigorously in order to improve the understanding of farmer paints. We could hold workshops, lectures, folk art festival, for people to know and participate in farmer paints, forming a rich farmer paints atmosphere, which can enhance the connotation of regional culture and can realize the change and improve of regional culture.

4.2 Construct the industrial park of the folk art. The construction of industrial park of folk art is a quick and efficient way for the exploitation of characteristic cultural resources. Industrial park will be introduced to the mechanism of marketization and industrialization for inheritance and development of culture resources. These mechanisms have improved the degree of integration of cultural resources greatly and the utilization rate of resources, to achieve the efficient allocation of resources. Now peasant painting of hu county presents a small industry scale, product homogeneity and failed to form a specialized division of labor cooperation. There is no formed a complete industrial chain. Construction of folk art culture industry park can expand the scale of industry, integrate different kinds of resources, achieve the join of the division of industry and set up the brand better. At the same time, cultural industry park has the vital significance for the development of local tourism resources, increasing employment, rich cultural life and improving the humanistic environment.

4.3 Build regional characteristic culture brand. Firstly, we should develop local culture resources and the cultural spirit, take the market as the guidance, design and plan for cultural brand systematically in order to build a cultural brand. Secondly, we conduct consistent brand spread by the brand identity, theme activities, marketing method for Characteristic culture spirit. Thirdly, because the brand of regional cultural industry is an important force in the regional external image, we should expand the coverage of culture brand actively and promote the brand influence vigorously. As time goes by, it is worth digging because peasant paintings of hu county is into a cultural symbol and its economic value and social value are rising. We transform the cultural brand which can promote the development of synergy among regional folk art economy society and culture.

4.4 Integrate development with other industries. Due to the progress of technology, the change of market demand, government policy supporting, the fusion of different industries has become a new trend of economic development. The cultural industry and tourism industry has a natural connection. Culture is the essence of tourism. Tourism provides a platform for cultural of communication and spread and a vehicle for the development of cultural resources. County of hu has the natural resources of high quality. Farmers painting can be combined with landscape, which get into a set of tourism, leisure and entertainment for the integration of cultural resources and natural resources. We could integrate the cultural industry and manufacturing, which will inject culture idea into manufacturing, increase the industry added value and enhance the brand value. We could integrate cultural content and the emerging technology, which can promote the competitiveness of the culture and the development of industrialization because of the rich culture manifestation and the product category.
