教学内容:The Seasons 即PEP教材中五年级下册Unit2 My Favorite Season的复习课.

教学目标:

(1)能听、说、读、写网站内四季的 ,以及与各个季节有关的天气、活动、以及服饰等单词。

(2)能运用句型 “My favorite season is… It’s… I can (do)… I can wear…” 谈论自己最喜欢的季节、天气、和不同季节里开展的活动和所穿服饰。

(3)了解网站所提供的各个季节的有关故事与歌曲内容。

教学重、难点

教学重点:掌握网站内四季的单词,以及与各个季节相关的天气、活动以及服饰等单词。

教学难点:用所学句型谈论自己所喜欢的季节、天气以及开展的活动和所穿服饰,并进行书面表达。

教学准备:自制网站(The Seasons)

教学步骤

1 热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)

1. Sing a song “Season song”

2 呈现/操练(Presentation/Practice)

1.T: How many seasons in a year?

Ss: Four.

T: What are they?

Ss: Spring summer fall winter

教师打开网站首页点击课程进入The Seasons网页,让学生跟读:spring summer fall winter四个单词。

2.T: I like spring best.(在The Seasons网页点击 spring并进入spring网页)

T: Look! Spring is very beautiful. What are there in spring?(点击风景项目栏)

Ss: There are many flowers /butterflies/birds in spring.

T: What’s the weather like in spring?

S1:It’s warm..(跟读这个句子)

T: Spring is beautiful and warm. What can you do in spring?

S:I can fly kites/ plant trees/ climb a mountain …

教师点击spring 网页中的活动项目栏后让学生跟读短语。

师生齐说:I can … in spring.

3.T: Spring is very nice but summer is my sister’s favorite season.

点击The Seasons网页中的summer并进入summer网页

T: Look! Summer is very hot . It’s very hot.(跟读)

But my sister likes summer best, because she can wear dress.

What else can you wear?

点击summer网页中的服饰项目栏,复习单词dress, T- shirt, shorts, sandals并教授新单词sunglass ,cap.并用I can wear… 造句。

T: What can you do in summer?

Ss: I can swim/eat ice-cream/eat watermelon.

点击活动项目栏并复习动词短语,并让学生用I can _____in summer.造句

4.T: After summer ,there comes fall.

点击The Seasons网页中的fall并进入fall网页

T: Look! Fall is also very beautiful. It’s cool.(跟读)

The leaves are turning yellow and falling down from the tree.

So we can pick up leaves in fall. What else can you do?

S1:I can pick fruits/have a picnic/ go hiking.

点击活动项目栏并复习动词短语,I can _____in fall.造句

5.T: Summer is hot. Fall is cool. The weather is getting cooler and cooler, then winter comes.

T: What’s the weather like in winter?

Ss: It’s cold.(跟读)

T: It’s cold. Sometime it’s snowy .So what can you do then ?

Ss: I can skate/ make a snowman/ play with snow.

点击活动项目栏并复习动词短语并用I can _____in winter.造句

T: You will have a good time in winter but you should wear more clothes.

点击服饰项目栏并学习新单词coat, scarf, gloves.

并用I can wear … 造句。

3 Group work(小组活动)

a. 让学生自主浏览网站收集有用信息以4人小组进行讨论最喜欢的季节。(具体要求请点击主页中的学习任务。)

b. 将自己最喜欢的季节用英文以书面形式表述出来,并粘贴到学生留言处。

4 Homework(家庭作业)

再次浏览网站,并自学网站中各个季节部分的flash故事和歌曲内容收集有关信息,并写一篇有关四季的英文小短文。
