应聘自我介绍技巧如下：

经过一番紧张的笔试之后，那家闻名于世的日本通讯公司终于寄来了面试通知书，要求我参加6天之后的面试，而且特别注明“要加试英语口语”。这一加试可真是突然袭击，如果考英语笔试我还有把握但要说英语，我简直就是哑巴一个！

该放弃呢？还是坚持到最后一关？我思忖着，仔细分析了一下所面临的处境：其一、我所应聘的职位是办公室文员，说英语的机会应该不多，没理由考难度大的专业类英语口语 ，考日常用语的可能性极大；其二、笔试的时候，我留意观察了那些竞争者们，我的条件绝对不差；其三，也是最关键的，硬着头皮考上它一场，我什么损失都没有啊。

考虑好了对策之后，我到书店买了本《漫游日本》日语基础书及配套的一盘磁带，接下来便是依照计划按部就班的6天了。

第一步，用中文写下问题及相应的答案。这一步骤的要求是越细致越好。假设自己就是考官，想问考生哪些问题，诸如：“请介绍一下你的个人经历”、“说说你的家庭状况”、“你的业余爱好是什么”、“你为什么要到我们公司应聘”、“你对日本了解多少”等等大大小小凡能想到的问题，然后写下自己的回答。

第二步，用英文翻译上面的问与答。这一步骤的要求是越规范越好。翻译时稍没把握好时，便立刻翻看词典、语法等工具书，同时让那本《漫游日本》派上用场。我先译成中文再译成英语，因为只有这样，才能把意思表达得更全面，条理更清晰。

第三步，背诵及模拟考试。自问自答地进行实战演习，以便更好地适应面试。

最后，别忘了该公司来自日本，学习几句简单的日本问候语，全面地翻看一下日本国情介绍，做到知己知彼百战不殆嘛。

面试的那天下午，略施粉黛的我身着职业装进入考场，面对着中日两方共6位考官时，我首先用中日两文说“下午好。”其后所考的英文口语涉及到个人经历、兴趣爱好、日本国情等诸多问题，我从容应对总算说得过去。

没有考研的压力，也没有11月份找工作的压力，我也学着大家在暑假找实习。由于之前的事情耽误了大多大公司的网申时间，给Intel（第一个岗位），爱立信，施奈德电气的简历都石沉大海了，但是随后Intel又有了新的实习岗位IT Support，这才又得到一个机会。

带着试试的心态开始做英文简历，平常自我感觉还行的我，写起简历来也有些觉得没什么真正的值得写的内容，哎，将就整一份吧！就这样，投了一份给Intel的HR，好像有真的找工作的感觉开始了等待。

Intel的电话面试是早有耳闻的，除了来电的时间不确定外，全英文的电面有时候也让人手足无措。没得办法，自己确实真是运气太背，在投出简历大概一个星期后，接到了Intel的来电，只不过当时自己正在公交车上，外面又下着倾盆大雨，只听到了对方说她是Intel人力资源部的，我就听不到啥了，只好重复着说：“对不起，我这边信号不好，能再说一遍吗？”哎，HRJJ好像重复了几遍，然后无奈的说：“那我过一会再打给你吧。”只怪自己太没经验，竟然就回答好，连对方的姓啥都忘了问，直接导致我没办法主动联系她了，心想估计基本完了，那么多人应聘，肯定不会再打来了，对方只是客气的那么一说。哎，还是下了公交车等吧，就傻傻的在雨中等着。大概过了40分钟，电话再次响起，又是那个Intel的总机号，心中窃喜“IntelHRJJ还是蛮守信哈，呵呵”。电面开始，一句“Can you talk in English?”直接拉开了哥悲剧的对话。说呀说，有时候不知道她在说啥，有时候连自己说的啥都没有概念了，只记得要介绍一下自己，为什么选择Intel？Intel对技术要求很高，你怎么看？……最后一句令人映像深刻，HRJJ用很是无奈地语气说：“很高兴今天和你交流，有时间我再联系你吧！”哎，自己心想，哥估计肯定是众多悲剧者中的一个了。无奈，回学校了……

经过电面，已经放弃了Intel的希望，又在找其他的一些小公司，但都没有什么合适的。不过大约电面过后的一个星期，再次接到那个有点熟悉的号码，又是Intel那个HRJJ，她直接通知我XX时间去公司面试，虽然只是获得了face-to-face的机会，但是自己还是挺高兴，怎么说还是可以去Intel工厂看看。

今天下午按时间去Intel进行面试，最怕的就是要全用英语对话或讨论。到了公司，被告知在interview room等待。等了一小会，进来两个中年男士，每人都抱着一台IBM，和我想的是HRJJ出入有点大。后来他们自我介绍才知道，一个是部门工程师，一个是部门经理。不过他俩态度极其的好，亲和力非常强，远远超出我的想象，也让我多少不那么紧张了。面试开始时，他们的自我介绍用的是中文，哎，松了一口气，最起码不那么突然了。接下来就要我自我介绍一下，还询问性的问了一下：“能用英语介绍吗？”（呵呵，太客气了）特意准备了英文的自我介绍，肯定没得问题撒（不过中途还是卡了一下）。结束自我介绍，那位工程师开始发问，他说先用中文，等会后面再用英文（窃喜）。为了一些我的工程经验，还问我的缺点是什么，关于缺点这个问题，我一直贯彻先说优点，中间加上缺点，最后再回到优点的原则，呵呵，看的出来，那位仁兄有点对我的回答吃惊。后面就是问一些专业问题，可惜这次应聘的职位不是完全专业对口，很多问题（感觉都是基本的）都直接没有回答出来，很是尴尬。哎，这也没得办法，这种问题也不是可以准备的了的，幸好我反复强调自己的自学新知识的能力很强，对方好像也认同了。随后那个manager开始发问，有可能是谈话的气氛非常好，大家不时还幽默一下，所以估计manager忘了用英语发问的事了，直接中文说了起来。随后问了些关于我对future的规划，对薪金有什么要求，可以实习多长时间等等一些问题吧，总的来说，面试的气氛相当轻松。整个过程那两位一直在电脑上操作着，不知道给我是画的红圈，还是红叉了。在面试将要结束的时候，那位工程师对manager说了句：“没问题的。”晕，顿时脑子里浮想联翩，是说我没得问题，比较满意我的表现？还是说他没有问的问题了？哎，只有自己猜测了！结束时，我也问了个问题，manager很热情的回答了，然后就是让我回去等HR的消息了！面试结束，走出interview room，特意看了一下时间，整个面试用了30分钟。长出了口气，才发现自己后背已经都是汗了，虽然Intel的办公楼里是开了中央空调的。哎，毕竟是第一次，还是些许有些紧张。

第一次算是求职的经历结束了，对于自己的面试，总体上还是比较满意的，因为面试的一些问题基本上都准备到了，而对于专业不对口的专业知识问题，我实在也是不能为力，只能看manager相不相信我的快速自学能力了。这次映像比较深的还有就是Intel的那两位面试官，虽然是男士，但是那种亲和力，真是会让人从紧张的情绪中完全走出来，营造的面试气氛令人印象深刻。结果还不得而知，但总算也逛了一圈Intel成都工厂，而且积累的找工作、面试的经验，相信会在哥研究生毕业之时用上的。平静的心态等待最后的结果，Go
