Research on the subject qualification of the environmental protection non-governmental

organizations in the environmental public interest litigation

Abstract：China from scratch，from small to large environmental non-governmental organizations have developed rapidly，not only become an important force in the field of environmental protection，but also become the main force to promote the environmental public interest litigation. With the deepening of the theory and practice of sustainable development，thinking about the environmental public interest litigation has become a focus of academic study，which，to the environmental protection NGOs qualification of plaintiff in environmental public interest litigation is also ongoing in-depth exploration. Through the discussion of the environmental non-governmental organization related legislation and the judicial interpretation of environmental public interest litigation subject qualification，as the environmental protection NGOs in the choice of the path specified in the direction of the environmental public interest litigation in the future.
