同样是骄阳似火的夏天，环球嘉年华再次登陆中国，来到北京，掀起又一浪的热潮。
动感的音乐、能带给您非常感受的游戏设施、种类繁多的毛绒玩具、炫目的各色灯光、欢乐的气氛，吸引着众多游人。且不说追逐时尚的青年和作为游乐园常客的儿童，就连平时难得一见的明星们也都纷纷前往嘉年华，与大家共享其乐。本期的《体验双语时代》就将带领广大读者与明星一道玩转嘉年华。Have a good time！

This ride provides a rotation movement. As the ride starts, the gondola rocks back and fourth then under gravity, rotates 360 degree.
这一游乐设施做的是旋转运动。随着游乐设施的启动，吊臂便前后摇摆起来，随后在地心引力作用下，回旋360度。
Safety 安全
Secure all loose items before you get on the ride, read the safety signs posted at the entrance to the ride. Listen to the ride attendants.
在你乘坐游乐设施之前，要保管好所有易松脱的物品并阅读游乐设施入口处的安全告示。要听从游乐设施管理员的指示。
Tip 贴士
No ear-rings, no glasses, and don't eat just before you get on the ride!

After the riders are sitting in the boat, it will start moving upward to the top. After reaching the top, the boats start moving into the downhill chute. There are two chutes.
当乘客坐进船体后，它便会开始朝顶端进行上行移动。达到顶端后，船体开始移动至下行斜道。而斜道共有两个。

Be careful of the wet floor at the station, especially when entering and exiting the boat.

Be prepared to get wet. Grab the handrail tightly when the boat goes up and down.

Once the riders are seated with safety belts on, the ride is ready to launch. The seat will start moving up to a higher position. After a few seconds, the gondola (ball) is launched upwards.
一旦乘客系上安全带坐好以后，游乐设施就准备启动了。座椅会开始向上移动，升至一个更高的位置。数秒后，吊舱（球体座椅）便向上弹射出去。

When the riders sit in the cars, the wheel rotates up and around in a big circle. At the highest point, the riders can look down from the car 55 meters below.
当乘客坐进座舱后，轮体便向上绕行，进行大圈旋转。在最高的位置上，乘客可以从55米高的座舱向下俯视。
Safety安全
When the customers enter and exit the cars, they must be careful of the steps and the gap between the platform and the cars.
当游客上下座舱时，必须小心台阶和站台和座舱间的间隙。

Ring Toss
A bucket of red rings are thrown individually onto a large crate of bottles. If the hoop lands on the top of a bottle, then you win. This is the most difficult game in the Carnival. Skill, patience and concentration are required. If you want a challenge, then this is the game for you.
抛圈套瓶
将一桶红色套圈逐一抛向到一大箱瓶子之上。如果套圈套中瓶子的顶部，那么你就赢了。这是环球嘉年华中最难的一项游戏，需要有技巧、有耐心并全神关注。如果你想有所挑战，那么这就是适合你的游戏。
On the Spot
Players stand before a big table with different sized spots and circles on it. Throw the tokens onto the table. Tokens that land inside a spot or circle get a prize.
扔银币
玩家在一张大桌子前站好，桌面上有大小各异的圆点和圆圈。向桌子上抛掷代币。代币落入到圆点或圆圈里便会赢得奖品。

Pull a String
This game is very popular because it is very easy to win a prize. Lots of strings are bundled together, you pick the string you wish, and pull it, and whichever toy appears at the end of the string is your prize. This is the easiest game at the Carnival. No skills are needed.

This is a very big game, with a great choice of prizes. The customer purchases a number of tickets, and opens them. Odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) win a prize of your choice.
