1. Introduction

The three Chinese great ball level has been in backward position in the world. So, for the revitalization of the three big ball items, the university cultivation is very important. The volleyball teaching is the required course in the P.E college teaching. It uses the modern information technology to make the teaching content of volleyball course, through the Flash, Premiere Pro, Authorware and other softwares to fabricate, which can integrate the text, image, sound, animation, video and network (comprehensive courseware) and apply them in the volleyball teaching. How to arouse students’ learning enthusiasm and interest, improve their learning effect and make sports activities become their daily life habits have become the urgent problems that need to be solved in the current college students’ P.E teaching. This study takes volleyball optional course students as the experimental object and investigates the promotion role of the modern teaching technology for improving students’ volleyball teaching effect.

2. The Necessity of Modern Information Technology in Volleyball Teaching

First, as the volleyball sports technology structure is complex, it needs to complete a constant series of complex actions, so volleyball class has a very strict requirement for teachers. Many volleyball teachers always avoid the weakness in fabricating the teaching and training plans, thus, it will affect the teaching effect. Second, volleyball is a sport item with higher sports skills, which needs a good physical quality protection. In actual teaching, the physical quality, age, gender and other factors of teachers make many high-risk and high difficulty actions hard to completely demonstrate. Since 1905, volleyball has been introduced into our country, which has been a history of over one hundred years, but the volleyball in university sports development is not ideal, and it has a close relationship with the features of volleyball itself. A survey shows that, in the three big ball sports, six-people playing volleyball is the sports item that students don’t like most.

How the P.E teachers take the volleyball lesson for P.E students has now become the actual problem that needs to be solved urgently at present. Using the modern information technology to show the teaching content of volleyball course, through the Flash courseware “chase frame”, Authorware or Powerpoint, it can organize the collected multi-media materials in the hypertext organization and establish the object database, in order to realize the systematic management of multimedia information, which can make it click different control keys and obtain the corresponding response. The volleyball course content can be made into multi-media courseware, adopting the slow action, stop mirror and replay and other means, through the action analysis, grasping the action key, changing difficult into easy ones, highlighting the difficulty points and key points. Thus it can help students establish clear action image, establish correct perceptual knowledge and make the deficiency of teachers’ demonstration. “Interest is the best teacher.” For any kind of teaching skill, if you lack of interest, it can not arouse students’ interest, it will have no vitality. Thus, as seen from this, modern information technology has the features of both image and texts, provides the new, flexible and colorful teaching content and arouses the students’ learning interest and enthusiasm from multi-perspectives, directions and levels.

3. The Fabrication Structure Flow Design of Volleyball Courseware(taking volleyball judgement method courseware design as the example)

Courseware design: according to the volleyball teaching judgement rules and method teaching outline, starting from the actual teaching purpose, it makes full use of the modern information technology feature to fabricate the multi-media courseware. It mainly includes several aspects:

①Image acquisition: (1)Through the scanner, it can scan the judge hand posture picture in the volleyball textbook for scanning, then, it uses the shadow magic hands to cope with the scanned pictures. (2)Through the Internet, it can download the relevant pictures. (3)Using the digital camera to shoot pictures. (4)Through the Snaglt software to obtain the shot video(their own shot video and downloaded video from the Internet). (5)Fabricating by Powerpoint clipart application and using the Powerpoint picture fabrication function.

②Access to the audio recorder: obtaining from the recorder and the using the Premiere Pro software to obtain from the video.

③Video acquisition: video camera shooting and downloading on the Internet.

④Animation acquisition: collecting range includes teaching animation, game animation and competition animation, etc. It adopts 3D MA X and Flash and other softwares to fabricate the materials.

4. Research Object and Research Method

4.1 Research Object

It takes P.E major 2012 undergraduate major of P.E college of Shanxi Normal University of 34 male students and 24 female students, altogether 58 college students as the research objects.

4.2 Research Method

4.2.1 Literature Material Method

Through looking up in the relevant materials of education, psychology and modern education technology at home and abroad, it can make analysis for this, which can lay a solid foundation for the research.

4.2.2 Teaching Experiment Method

It uses the Powerpoint courseware for teaching for the control group, and the experiment group can use the modern information technology to conduct teaching of comprehensive courseware, and the experiment time is March 2013.

4.2.3 Expert Interview Method

Making interview of the experts of college P.E volleyball teaching and modern information technology aspect in our province, making interview for the relevant problems and listening to reasonable advice. According to the provided information by experts, it can determine the selection and presentation mode of courseware content.

4.2.4 Mathematical Statistics and Logical Analysis

It uses SPSS 17.0 software to make statistics and evaluation of the experiment object, conducting the analysis and discussion of the problems existing in the experiment, which can obtain conclusion and advice on the comparison basis.

5. Experiment Design

5.1 Purpose of Experiment Design

The purpose of the experiment is to show two different teaching modes by using the modern information technology. One is to use the common Powerpoint courseware in the volleyball theory course of college P.E teachers in our province, which is composed of a lot of text and simple pictures. The other is to use Flash, Premiere Pro and Authorware software to fabricate, which is a comprehensive courseware of integrating text, image, sound, animation, video and network and other modern information technology. It is used in the volleyball theory teaching influence on the students’ learning effect, in order to highlight the advantages of teaching process, in order to further prove that using excellent multimedia courseware in college P.E college volleyball teaching is good for students to grasp knowledge in learning.

5.2 Experiment Object and Grouping

It takes 2012 undergraduate major 34 male students and 24 female students of P.E college P.E major of Shanxi Normal University, altogether 58 college students as the research objects. It is randomly divided into 2 groups and each group is 29 people. The female and male proportion of each group are the same, one group is experiment group and other group is the control group.

5.3 Experiment Method

The experiment class and control class are tested to evaluate the two teaching effect in the premise of the same teacher before and after teaching.

5.4 Experiment Content and Steps

The implementation of teaching experiment is on March 10th 2013. Before the teaching experiment, it conducts the advanced testing of the theoretical knowledge of students. Through statistics analysis, the difference between experiment group and control group is not obvious, which shows that the two groups of students have equal theoretical knowledge level, which meets the experiment requirements. The experiment content selects the teaching of “volleyball competition judgement method” and “volleyball judgement posture”. The experiment group and control group are the same teaching content and teacher is the same volleyball teacher, but the teaching mode is to use different teaching methods. First, the teaching is conducted in the control group and then in the experiment group. The two groups adopt the theoretical test forms to test for the classroom teaching effects. (The testing content, through the Internet to check the volleyball referee level 2 theory exam questions, choosing the content relevant with the experiment for analysis and classification. The testing content is of moderate difficulty, which has the homogeneity reliability and content validity. 5.5 Experiment Result

The two different teaching modes of modern information technology have different teaching effects of the volleyball theory class. The pre-class test average score of control group is 70 scores and 77 scores after-class test, and the average 71 scores of pre-class test of experiment group improves to 84 scores of after-class test.

5.6 Experiment Analysis and Discussion

From the experiment result, we can see that after teaching experiment, in the control group and experiment group, it conducts t test for the performance, and the result shows that P

The control group uses the modern information technology single courseware, namely, the common Powerpoint courseware of volleyball theory class of university P.E teachers in our province, which is composed of a lot of texts and simple pictures. Although it uses the modern information technology, yet the teaching effect is not obvious. It is mainly because the teaching content is too single, which is only simple “blackboard move”, but not really using the modern information technology. It can not make the features of many information technology fully reflect and can not fully arouse the enthusiasm and interest of students’ learning, so as to affect the teaching effect.

Modern information technology makes the original single, boring and abstract learning content become very rich, interesting and vivid, so as to arouse the students’ learning interest and enthusiasm. Modern information technology enters into the volleyball teaching classroom, which makes the excellent volleyball athletes and excellent coaches into the classroom, greatly promoting the students’ learning enthusiasm, thus stimulating the students’ training enthusiasm. It makes full use of the advantage of multimedia texts and images, creating the active classroom atmosphere, expanding the students’ new thinking, cultivating students’ thinking and imagination ability and exploiting the students’ potential.
