Abstract：Residential space has developed greatly in 20 century，especially on the bright and open space requirements，has become the epitome of the Modernism and the Spirit of the age.Excessive adapt to the glass curtain wall to achieve bright space seems to have become one of the architecture and law of the house today， but very few people to pay attention to research in the residential light，specially the problem of natural light. The effective use of natural light is playing a huge positive role and affecting our design field.The natural light researching has become an indispensable important goal of design， and it has deeply influenced the architecture and interior space of quality.

So then， natural light to the importance of health， also is an important factor of the interior and the progress of construction. It makes buildings had the correct orientation， make people pay more attention to the buildings surrounding factors. Due to a series of pollution caused by artificial lighting， plus artificial lighting with brightness without the shadow， and modern especially young people pursue an atmosphere. So more and more modern， enjoy natural light to bring more joy and interest， even is a concept of health. Now the house is too crowded conditions and the air circulation， the height is reduced， all this may cause a healthy mode of life. And natural light is have antiseptic effect， People believe that the bad lighting for the spread of disease and bacteria breeding also have crucial responsibility. We are used to put the bedroom in the direction of the east， the purpose is to have good lighting. Since the 30 s of 20th century， people have the focus of daylighting on the natural lighting. Natural light， have its is direct light， became a guiding principle of the residence. And we know， now more and more home buyers proposed more demanding for the balcony， covered corridor， balcony place，they are more eager to these places are perched and do the things they want to do there，it is a kind of desire of modern people to see the natural light from the aspects.
2. What is the impact of modern interior design of natural light
2.1 The geographical factors influence the modern interior design of natural light
According to the different geographical position， the available daylight to the design requirements of the natural light is a great difference. Difference of the climatic zone also can affect the natural lighting. For example the Nordic countries winter will appear polar night phenomenon，White nights phenomenon in summer. So， from the point of view of the available natural light， compared with central Europe， they won't appear White nights very night， and more seasons and climate change is affecting a natural light. Relative to the country near the equator， it can better use of natural light， because the light is enough， as long as the control temperature problems.According to the location of the sun is different， also can affect the natural light and building toward each different， the effect of the sunshine there will also be a big difference. Like indoor daylighting condition also have distinction because of the position of the room.
2.2 The surrounding environment and interior architecture itself affect natural light

The shadow of the adjacent buildings， terrain around itself， the surrounding plants and obstructions also caused dark space.If it was for highlands of building， may be daylighting is better than lower housing. Window position also should combine with surrounding environment.
