论跨文化商务沟通中应对文化差异的策略

摘要：在国际商务活动中，文化对于国际商务活动中的各个方面都有着直接的影响。国际商务活动既是一种经济活动，也是一种文化活动。中国商务人员要在国外寻求市场、供应商、合作伙伴、或建立合资企业，都需要与具有不同文化背景、使用不同语言的商务人士产生往来，因此，很有必要深入研究跨文化交际对国际商务活动带来的影响，并采取相应的对策，使我国企业在参与国际经济竞争的过程中，不仅适应国际商务活动之间的经济环境，更能适应相互之间的文化环境，并能取得竞争优势和获得国际经营活动的主动权.

本文通过对跨文化交际的概念、国际商务活动中不同文化所引起的冲突，以及如何合理避免跨文化商务沟通中的文化冲突问题进行了分析和探讨, 并提出了如何处理跨文化交际中出现的冲突的解决方法，即将矛盾冲突变为互相适应文化，学会在倾听中了解文化差异，加强沟通与交流，建立相互尊重的合作原则，加强中外管理人员的跨文化培训，进行文化整合与创新企业文化。

On Strategies of Dealing with Cultural Differences in Intercultural Business Communications

Abstract

In the intercultural business activities, cultures exert a direct impact on every aspect. International activities are not only a kind of economic activities but a kind of cultural activities. The Chinese managers need to seek the foreign markets, suppliers, co-operative enterprises, joint-companies. At this time, businessmen with different cultural backgrounds and languages will communication with each other. Therefore, it is necessary to study carefully about the impact of intercultural communication on the intercultural business communications. Meanwhile, some measures should be taken to help our company adjust to not only the economic environment but the cultural backgrounds, finally win the competition in the international world markets.

The essay will focus on analyzing and discussing the definition of intercultural communications, the cultural barriers and conflicts in the intercultural communications, and the strategies of dealing with the conflicts : change from conflicts to adaptation to the new culture, learn to know cultural differences in listening, enhance communication and build the principle of respecting each other, enhance cross-cultural training of Chinese and Western managers, create new culture of a company by integrating different cultures.
