气候变化对大海波水库来水及用水影响

摘要:为分析在未来气候变化情景下大海波水库来水及用水的变化情况,选取楚雄站蒸发 (1953年-2001年)、降水(1953年-2009年)、气温等气象资料,以及大海波水库(1990年-2009年)来水量资料,采用线性回归法、Mann-Kendall及Spearman趋势检测法对楚雄站点的气象要素进行趋势检测,并计算了水库下游参考作物需水量。结果表明:大海波水库的来水量呈减少趋势,下游参考作物需水量呈下降趋势;在未来气候情景下,楚雄年平均气温将升高256 ℃,年降水变化率为59%,气温升高时,下游参考作物需水量增加,对大海波水库的供水带来一定的不利影响。

气候变化导致区域水资源产生变异,造成降雨、蒸发、气温等一系列气象要素的变化,进而影响整个区域水文循环。林而达[1]阐述了气候变化对农牧业、水资源以及其他领域都会产生不同程度的影响,王宇[2]研究了云南气候变化的事实,国内外的许多专家学者对气候变化引起的水资源问题做了大量研究工作[3-7]。气候变化不仅能导致降雨、径流发生变化,而且会加剧干旱发生的频率、范围和程度,从而影响水利工程的运行调度、设计标准和供水保证率等。本文利用研究区气象和水文资料,研究水库来水与用水的变化趋势,分析气候变化对水利工程存在的可能影响。
