Study on the Promotion of Energy-saving Lamps in Rural Areas from the

Perspective of Energy-saving and Emission-reduction

Abstract: With the continuously global climate warming,low-carbon economy is increasingly becoming a trend.Constructing environment-friendly and resource-saving society has become a broad consensus of society.Implementation of green lighting is an effective approach for energy-saving and emission-reduction.Therefore,the research and development,promotion and application of energy-saving lamps have become important issues of energy-saving and emission-reduction.Through the investigation of the current situation of energy-saving lamp utilization in some rural areas of Hunan Province,this paper points out that the reasons caused the problems of the energy-saving lamps during the using procedure in rural some areas,such as “not economic,not saving,not environment-friendly”,etc..Besides,this paper discusses the existing problems of “difficult to weed out incandescent lamps,and difficult to promot energy-saving lamps”,and also provides some corresponding resolving strategies.
