The Study on Music Education on Students Innovative Ability Cultivation

Abstract. In music education, effective ideas(such as taking optimized organizational teaching, representing knowledge from the easy to the difficult, enlightened questions, multimedia teaching methods, cultivating relaxed learning environment, practice exercises of developing personality)can successfully develop the innovation ability of college students so as to make the college students of science and engineering achieve the requirements of music quality education, which can enlighten engineering student's personality development, play students' potential in science and engineering, optimize students' psychological state, shape student successful psychology. It is the characteristics of modern music education that adapting to the modern development and cultivating college students’ practical ability. As is known to all, the cultivation of innovative ability needs the organic union of scientific and music education. So, how to promote the music education level and make efforts to build high grade of humanistic environment has become important task currently for science and engineering colleges to engage the reform in training innovative talents.

In the era of rapid development of science and technology and, in order to adapt to the social development, it has been very important that how to make the music education plan more effective role for the students in science and engineering colleges in success and, it is also vital that how to fully carry out music education in higher education of science and engineering so as to make the students meet the demands of music quality education.

1. Introduction

Huxley, a British scientist, once said, "we should pay the same focused on two aspects of the activities of the people-music and science", the famous scientist-Tsung-Dao li also said: "science and music is the two sides of a coin, they are integral"; China's former President, comrade kiang semen also wrote his inscription "scientific music". They all proof, music and science is the social development two pillars of [1]. Now, the rapid development of science and technology has higher education to the requirements, especially in music education. This music education promotes the development of, make music education better adapt to the development of industry and technology progress. The new concept and knowledge makes us-each music educators know only when we study hard, improve the knowledge structure and update our teaching methods to keep up with the fast pace of social development.

3. Innovative thinking of college students needs inspiration of music education

Music education cultivates students' innovative abilities, which mainly lies in the development of creative thinking. But now, college students, especially those in college of science and engineering, are poor in training about illogical thinking ability such as thinking in image intuition and inspiration, which causes many students’ lack of imagination, thinking in standardization. At last, it will become restrict confine to the development of students' innovation ability. By music education, it helps students improve illogical thinking ability; accordingly, it promotes college students' innovative ability. Thinking always starts from questions, so classroom questioning is also very important. It can arouse student's interest and thirst for knowledge in the teaching process and help them learn happily. For example, that of the “discovery method” [3] reflects the concept of "innovation" thinking. This method shows some questions in which students are interested in first. Then, it creates conditions, makes students find and put forward the questions, which makes students dare to ask and enjoy asking, stimulates there possibility of student and, establishes the consciousness of assertiveness, promotes the university students' confidence. Thus it reflects the philosophy concept of “combining of having and naught”.

4. Strengthening the teaching link of practice courses in music education

The scientific thinking comes from practice and, class exercise is one part of practice, which can cultivate the personality of students who major in science and engineering. Music education can provide the best environment for personality development. Music is the embodiment of the individual consciousness. Any music creation conveys its author’s individual understanding and, any works of music appreciation also needs individual experience. The class exercise in music education should respect students’ personality and be good at mobilizing students' initiative. Students’ knowledge gets consolidated and evolved and their personalities develop better, which make them confident. The wishes of success make college students perform individual and unique insights in practice and display of the creation ability, which we call it “the internalization of success”. With the help of internalization, excitement, enterprising move is successively generated and, it can further stimulate their vigour of success. On campus cultural construction, we can actively carry out the second classroom aided teaching and give full play to the college students' associations in students' quality and ability training. We support music communities and various interest groups to accelerate the speed of information transfer. Penetrating into different subjects and building a full-bodied academic cultural atmosphere in school have been a shortcut when we develop students’ innovative spirit and practice ability [4].

5. Updated classroom teaching concept, stimulates the student to study the interest in music

In the rapid development of science and technology today, modern multimedia into classroom, multimedia teaching, has become the era development trend of the development of education is a big leap. Also, the multimedia teaching, can create the thinking of the situation, make a good atmosphere, create lively teaching situation, can put some static content scene dynamic, to use the abstract specific problem, can put the dull problem of interest. This not only greatly stimulate and stimulate the students' learning interest and enthusiasm, arouse the students' psychological curiosity; And open the students' thinking space, rich imagination, to cultivate and improve the students' creative thinking ability and scientific spirit, change passive to active learning independent conscientiously study. In music teaching, change the traditional teaching method, according to the different class type, use different teaching methods, a senior high school of the music elective classes, fully prepared his lessons, from mobilize students starting, paying attention to the students' development of happy.

6. Establish people-oriented education thought, to inspire students' creative thinking

Modern student view think: take the student as this, the teacher is no longer the authority of the knowledge, the incarnation of the truth, the teachers and students in the same starting line, students will no longer be passive accept containers of knowledge; Students is a complete people, everyone has the various needs of the, as long as satisfy the reasonable needs, will produce enthusiasm of study, play a special talent.

7. Play students' subject status, the cultivation of the students' creative thinking
