Abstract: College computer education has been becoming popularization stage, social needs a lot of computer application talents. And the cultivation of talents is paid attention highly. This paper shows the main characteristics of computer application talents and the current drawbacks. Based on this, the teachers are the key of computer application talents. The subject of teachers for training talents should have a professional qualities and love.
